Why is halo 2 a Vista and DX10 exclusive. Since Halo 2 for XBOX was like a DX8 looking game. I hope that these graphics actually look like this below.

It isn't a DX10 game, but it is just for vista. The only only DX10 games I know of right now are Flight Sim X, Crysis, Hellgate: London, and Company of Heroes (When it has the latest patch). Please tell me if I missed any.
