it is common knowledge that the game industries are fast expanding. 5 years ago you needed no additional graphics card than the one on your motherboard to play any game of your choice.
in tems of graphics there the game industry has grown trmendously. this has influenced the choice of gamers. Some gamers put graphics of a game in first priority. They play games with advanced graphics and thats all that matters.
if u ask me, the most important aspects of a game are its storyline and gameplay. Who cares if u can see every single detail on the body of a character(not that i dont like games with high details), afterall, games on he gba or ps1 never had great detals, yet we all had fun playing them.
Another aspect of a game is its length. some games take up to 100hours to complete, other may be completed in just a matter of 6 hours. most games on the pc take a mininum of 30 hours to complete though. As for me, i prefer games that keep u busy for longer times between 60 to 100 hours. i also like games that u can continue to play even after its completion instead of going back to the first stage and starting over again.
generally my choice of a great game is nice graphics, cool storyline and gameplay and one that either continues after completion or your given a bonus for its completion. I dont usually complete games more than once. i completed mgs twice though.
i would like to see your comments and your opinions on what makes a great game. also i would like to know what u think of my opinion of a great game.
