Some people may have seen the petition online to make the art style of the recently-announced Diablo 3 darker and grittier. Diablo III, in its current state, looks great. Someone else has created a counter-petition, and I highly encourage the nonexistent readers of this blog to sign it. Without further ado, The Diablo is pretty and those who diagree are dumb petition.

Just picked up my AC preorder from EB, and it is AWESOME. A truly unique experience. It's a love/hate game though, so consider yourself warned.

Company of Heroes is the most refreshing RTS I've ever played. After the 'build moar tanks nao' nature of CnC 3, it's good to see a game where sound strategy can lead to one squad overpowering three others. The destructibility and all the tactics that come along with it are great too.

Psychonauts, however, is the pick of the bunch. Clever, funny, innovative, balanced and cheap (money-wise, that is) in equal measure, this is the crowning moment for videogaming. From the brilliant (in a twisted, Tim Burton-esque way) mind of Tim Schafer, this is a fantastic experience. For the whole family, to boot. Psychonauts is too much fun to pass up.

As anyone who has glanced at my collection recently will know, I just got the Fallout collection for a pittance at EBGames. It's a fantastic, budget priced way to see the classics of yesteryear. It's a great RPG, with an excellent battle systemand role-playing elements. Plus, it's always refreshing to see a sci-fi, mature-toned RPG. I can't think of another example, except maybe System Shock or Mass Effect. Go out and buy this collection. NAO!
