its nearly time, time is apon us soon etc etc... i remeber the day in 2004 when i got picked up from school, sat down in the car... DID IT COME DID IT COME!?!?!?!?!-- on the back seat, the play.com parcel... i opened it with intense carefulness so as not to jolt the disk in anyway, there it was, halo 2 limited edition box....

those where the days.. when fun came around like that, never again will i feel that exileration of opening some cardboard.... now its full time job and training for the Royal Marines... in fact my test is on the day halo 3 is launched.. so when im back from the 3 day course.. BANG xbox on... phone in sick,, halo 3 for a week... screw my fitness for that one week, i just want to feel like i did in 2004....

im sure many of you gamespotters felt the same way, read all the books, and now are having trouble sleeping, what happens.. i for one cannot wait to see what happens with the forerunners. do we get to see the true ancinent kind rather than the poxy sentinals?? i want to see this race that built incredible structures and citys all those years ago... i cant see this happening but i still hope, it will be the only dissapointment im sure.. i hope to see lots of brute v elite action mixed in with human and forerunner and even flood maybe... 5 way combat in one go... could it get better!!

still, i hope you are as anxious as i am and may i wish you all a happy cardboard box opening day!
