i got a yoga program for my DS. it got really poor scores in GS but then, i have no idea what the raters were expecting.
so far i find it very helpful. it allows me to measure my breathing so i can breathe correctly during practice. i can also tailor fit my program to what i need (in my case, to increase my strength and stamina). there's also a standard daily power yoga program which i also need. all in all, it beats having to prop up a book. ![]()

I have an effective exersize regimen....at least it is when I use it. Afraid I sometimes fail to maintain enough time following my schedule
Got lazy at gaming and a bit depressed by bad weather
but it does help me a lot in relaxing and destressing and also improves my stamina. the breathing exercises are very useful.
