My computer is now utterly useless. For over a month, I haven't been able to use it to get online, open up Paint or Microsoft Word, watch videos, or save to a floppy disk. Now it won't even turn on! 
I'm on my last strand of patience with the stupid thing... (And in case anyone's wondering, I've managed to get on here still through the school's computer or my mom's computer only. It sucks! -_-)
Not to complain even more, but...in band, I've got a solo. I hate solos! 
I always get too nervous and screw them up horribly. Gah!! I don't know what to do. I don't want to play the darn solo at all...

Yeah, I got that random fact from my assignment notebook. 
A solo (in band) is when I have to play a part of a song by myself and be heard over everyone else. I'm not looking forward to it!

death note is awesome but i finished that show months ago. Season 1 is sooo much better than Season 2 IMO but ill let u decide. Anyways i saw the japanese version months ago and i recently started watchin the english version on adult swim on cartoon network...the dubs are ok.

! And I am really glad that you love Death Note ! Also, I am sorry that you must do a solo. I myself will be doing it as well in December, for a Christmas thing... well... at least one verse. No don't get me wrong, I like singing, and I seem to have a fine voice. However I can get quite nervous sometimes . I hope that you can do it well !

wow..solos, I have a weird nerve problem that doesn't let my high F come out but most of the flute players in my band can't play it either. So I had to perform in a Veteran's day parade, and my section leader was going to play the Piccolo. She's really good at it. But go fig, she had to do a swimming thing and so I got stuck with the piccolo part. so on thursday I started playing the Piccolo for the first time ever. I performed on Sunday and it was pretty good by the last time but it was scary being the only Piccolo especially since it was my first time. I would joke and say "not bad for 4 days"

I like classical but i also play the key board which to me is an entire differnt instrument but yeah with the key board I like an industrial sound like what my band plays

Yeah, mine's in December, too. About the middle of the month, I think. I play a low brass/tenor instrument, so that's the tone of my solo.
