Duuuude...a bunch of stuff happend over the past few weeks...well...a lot for my 'slow -paced life' anyway...

A few weeks ago, my mom, my sister and I started taking stuff out of storage...that sucked...

We had so much crap in there...and it had been sitting in there for 7 years!!!

The thing was full of dust...

You know those haunted houses and tombs you see in movies that have dust everywhere and and spiderwebs and stuff...this was WAY worse than that...if you moved anything, dust would get picked up into the air and...breathing that stuff was not cool...it was just a crazy amount of dust...

Also, I almost stepped on a dead mouse that was in there...that was kinda sick...of course my over active imagination started making me think that the thing was going to jump up and bite me and I would turn into some sort of zombie-mouse-man... okay, maybe not but I did briefly think it was going to move or something...I'm not scared...I'm just cautious...

It took us 3 weeks to get everything out of storage...now my mom is saving $120 a month...so that's cool, I guess...

What's not cool is that the day after we finished, my eye started bothering me...I thought maybe it was because I was playing Lego Batman too much; after all, whenever I rent a game, I've got 5 days to finish it...so I gotta play it a lot. My eye felt worse every day! It hurt and itched...not too much but it was bugging me...

I looked in the mirror and thought that my eyelid was getting a little puffy...a little swollen...the next day, I woke up and my eyelid was definitly swollen...I guess I had a 'Stye' or something like that...over a week later and it's finally getting better...

Something else was wrong with me during that week as well...I had a fever, stuffy nose, horrible cough, headaches, and body aches...I'm not exactly sure what was wrong with me...maybe a couple different things...but I'm finally feeling better now...except my nose is still a little stuffed and I keep coughing crap up...phlem, I think...I don't know, I don't care...

So...yeah...being sick sucks...

Anyway, I finally found video of myself at the Resistance Tournament at Insomniac Studios from way back in 2006!

I'm in the video a few times although you can't really see my face...

Here's a couple of easy parts to spot me -

When the voice-over guy says "They came from everywhere." As soon as he says 'everywhere', I'm walking right behind the bald guy with the red shirt. I've got a hat on and you can't see my eyes.

Also, when one of the guys say "Blow stuff up and blow myself up in the process." I'm pretty much the only guy on screen playing the game. I'm wearing camoflauge pants, a grey hoodie and I've still got a hat on.

Those are pretty much the best shots of me...

I can't believe it took 2 years to find this video...

It's been nearly a month since my last post...I'd like to say that I've been busy but I really haven't...

I've been trying to watch a bunch of multi-day events on TV ( E3, Comi-Con, X Games ) unfortunately, I've been falling asleep at very strange and random times so I've missed a lot of the stuff...not sure why...maybe it's because of the heat...

I've pretty much been spending my time playing Guitar Hero and Pokemon...

Speaking of Guitar Hero...

I finally got 5 gold stars on all of the songs including the bonus songs...just on easy though...but I also had my mom try it out...she's hooked now...

She even got another guitar so we could go through Co-op Career...we did...we got 5 stars on every song and even got 5 gold stars on a few songs...I think she likes the game more than I do...the day she got the new guitar, she played every night when she got home from work...

She's always complaining that she's bored at work so I'm gonna give her my DS so she can finish the second Phoenix Wright game...she's on the last case...another game I got her hooked on...

I also got the first season of Heroes on DVD...my sister said that if I got it she would watch it. She's never seen the show. The last show I had her watch on DVD was Lost and now she's hooked on that almost as much as I am...maybe she'll get addicted to Heroes as well...

Actually, the last show I had her watch wasn't Lost it was FriskyDingo...I had her watch it last week and she said "It's like the best cartoon ever!"

Passing my addictions onto my family...one at a time...
