Ugh...1 vs 100...

I didn't do too good...

I did not expect some of those questions...the range of questions was too wide, I think...

There would be a question like: "Who is not a doctor on The Simpsons? - Dr.Phil, Dr. Nick, Dr. Hibbert"

Okay, I'm a fan ofThe Simpsons; the answer is Dr.Phil...of course, I got that right...

The next question would be somethin' so far away from that...like questions about wars or geographical crap...which...I've got almost no interest in...

Something else they do that I hate is they reveal the possible answers one at a time...and you get more points for answering questions quickly (even if you get 'em wrong)...and you can answer as soon as the first answer pops up...so I'll hit the answer I think is right as soon as I see it pop up, then the next answer will pop up and I'll realize that's the right answer...but it's too late...can't change your answer...

But at least I got some Achievements

Not really too much stuff...but a lot considering how uneventful my life usually is...

Let's see...

I got a 360 (of course)

I've found what is now one of my favorite game series ever

My sister got married

My sister got divorced

My DS broke

One of my teeth broke

I turned 22

I finally got a high speed internet connection

So, I got an XB-360 last November and I'm lovin' it. In one year, I've played 50 games on it (I thought I would've played more games). I have become...a little addicted to Achievements. I love the noise, even. I don't just play games to get the achievements but I find it to be a nice little...extra...

Mass Effect was the first game I played on my 360. It is now one of my favorite game series of all time...maybe my absolute favorite! I bought the Platinum Hits edition and I got every achievement for it (including the Bring Down The Sky DLC achievement). I even bought the Mass Effect books, Revelation and Ascension. I read them both in a week...which is pretty fast for me, considering how much I hate reading (yet I love writing...). I even pre-ordered the Collectors edition of Dragon Age: Origins so I could get the Blood Dragon Armor for Mass Effect 2...plus I loved everyBioware game I've played...that helped my decision...

My sister got married to her long time boyfriend and the father of her son......I knew this was going to end badly...I was against the idea of them getting married...even before I heard they were getting married...but I stillwent to the wedding, which took place in a local bar......yeah......I did not want to be there...there was no reason for me to be there...my sister didn't care if Iwas thereor not...oddly enough, the only person who knew something was wrong with me was my uncle Mike, who I hadn't talked to in a long time...and he was totally drunk! He came up to me to say hello and stuff and he looked at me andasked "Are you alright?"...something I had never been asked before...I said"Yeah." but I think he knew I was lying.

A couple months later, they got divorced...or their marriage was annulled...I'm not sure...I'm not familiar with the marriage 'lingo'...I saw it coming...I just didn't know it was going to be so soon. I guess he cheated on her or something...not positive on that...nobody tells me anything...even though I'm the brother I know less than everyone else...aunts, uncles, cousins; hell, the apartment manager andeven my next door neighbor knows more about it than I do (not a joke). I thought that I heardmy sistersay that he cheated (she was more vulgar about it, of course) but I'm not sure if that was true or not. Apparently he freaked out about getting married and left for a few days...he sent my sister some weird texts saying stuff like 'if we're supposed to be together than fate will keep us together'......my sister moved in with me and my mom...since they only live about 75 feet from us, it was pretty easy to move her stuff. I even helped her move her stuff...but I told her "I'll help you bring your stuff here, but I'm not going to help you take it back." My way of saying something I had told her before: that I don't think they should be together. A few days later, she lost her job.For the next few weeks, my sister turned to alcohol...she just drank and drank and drank...something I had continually told her was a mistake...but as usual, she didn't listen to me. She just kept drinking. She lived with us for a little over a month, I think...she talked to everyone about it...except for me...I would even see her outside playing catch with him like a couple of f***ing buddy-buddies...and I kept true to my word: I did not help her take her stuff back when she decided to move back in with him...one more mistake I felt she made. Then a few days later, she came back to get of few of her things. Clothes she had left behind, I think...and on her shoulders, a couple new tattoos he had given her...big numbers...I didn't know what they were at first...turns out, its the date they first met...

When she got those tattooed on her...that's when I gave up on her...I don't talk to her too much, anymore...

Well, enough of the sob story; My DS broke!!! I guess I played it too much because the top screen isn't working properly. The image freezes or sometimes there's no image at all...the backlight still works...I need a new one...don't know when I'll be able to...it sucks because there were a few games Ididn't get a chanceto play...

One of my teeth broke!!! Thanks to my mom's crappy bacon...she makes it way too crunchy...I'm sure years of drinking nothing but soda and brushing my teeth once or twice a monthdidn't help my tooth, either...but now I've got an excuse not to eat my moms cooking . It was the tooth right behind my left canine tooth. I was eating a breakfast burrito my mom had made and while I tried chewing through the way-too-crunchy bacon, I heard a crunch that didn't quite sound right...I checked the area with my tongue and realized something was indeed not right. I ran to the trash can and spit out partially chewed tortilla, egg, cheese, bacon...and tooth!

Well, I guess it really was a breakfast burrito...it certainly made my tooth 'break - fast' , get it? ...okay...not too funny...but I stopped drinking so much soda and I have brushed my teeth and used mouth wash every day since september 20th...so...

Oh, I turned 22 on October 18th...so...

And, finally, I've got a high-speed internet connection for the first time ever...first thing I did was join X-Box Live...my name on there is majinstrings87
