I am not a huge GD fan, but I like them a fair bit, albums should be pretty good.

BTW...you gotten around to checking out Nevermore yet?

It's hard to believe how long these guys have been around. Man I feel old.

Can't say I listen to them much, but I liked a few tracks on American Idiot, so I'll definitely check this one out.

@Cloud551: 21st Century Breakdown is way better than American Idiot especialy since there isn't any songs that just go on and on for over 9 minutes on their new album (none of the songs are longer than 4 1/2 minutes). Also it's kinda cool to listen to the album from start to finish since the songs tell an interconnecting story.

@KillerLiew: They are a band worth checking out some day when you have the time. Their new album is best listened to from start to finish though since it tells a story.

@Dark sageX: That's happened to me before, it's most likely just a phaze you'll get through. One thing that helped me get out of that phaze was listening to a bunch of differant music that I wouldn't of normaly listened to.

Thats what I did actually and strangely i've been listening to a lot deeva music, which i find kind of disturbing lol.

Nothing will beat the old 90s Greed Day with Longview, Brain Stew/Jaded, When I Come Around, Basket Case, and Redundant. Green Day now is kind of boring.

Yeah, this album is completely brilliant.
