baren - i will miss those, hopfully the PS3 will get the downloads at a latter date or something.

cloud - just love the fact that the ps3 can take any laptop drive you choose, and it kinda sucks that you can only use microsofts over priced HDD.

Hmm, I should look into getting a bigger hard drive for my 360. But I'm doing ok with my 20GB one at the moment. I should also buy a Live subscription at some point too... Waiting for payday

Not really overpriced. The $300 360 comes with a 60-gig. If you need more than that, there's a problem.

Glad you're enjoying your PS3 I especially recommend Valkyria Chronicles, Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, Killzone 2, and Uncharted.

luckily I am having a friend sell me his PS3 for $200. . . . .I wouldn't spend a cent more. . . .I dont see why its worth it (I only want to play MGS4 on it. . . .) but anyways gratz I err. . .guess?

Yeah.. installing games is a big down side for the PS3. One thing that keeps me from playing a lot of games on it.

Cool man. The PS3 is really fun. I had to decide between a 360 and a PS3, and I went with the PS3. Haven't regretted it yet.

cloud - oh no, i wasn't talking about the price of the system, just the HDD by them selves seem to cost more than they're worth imo. (too bad you just couldn't use any HDD).

hazelnutman - Valkyria Chronicles is the next game i'm going to try and get, but a lot of the stores in my area don't carry it any more so i might just have to use Ebay, oh and the demo for Rachet and Clank was really fun but i want the price to drop a little more. As for Uncharted that's going to be rental for me since i hear it's on the short side, and i'd like to use the money on Uncharted 2. Killzone 2 seemed cool to me, but Call of Duty 4 still is the best FPS imo.

gameshark - thanks, but my collection is just starting (evil laugh), and right now I'm finding filling up 300 gigs to be something of a personal challenge (haven't even scratch the first 100 gigs yet dispite every thing i've downloaded from PSN).

latte - yah it's not so bad now though since every thing seems to download faster with my new HDD than they did on the 40 gig. Still it kinda sucks when ever i rent a game and have to install it first.

fierce - well i don't have any of those games yet, and i won't be able to go online much (don't have broad band at home) but i'll add you any ways .

katsuri I know, and the games look even better

kingrich well just about every game on the PS3 needs to be installed, and that can take about 4 gigs per game so it's not hard to imagen 40 gigs being gone in no time if you play a lot of games. Also once I get Little Big Planet I want to be able to download as many levels as possable.

I actually prefer my PS3 to my 360. You're right about the installation times, but I just find something really slick about the PS3. I'd also suggest picking up Super Stardust HD.

P.S. When you get LittleBigPlanet be sure to check out my level. It's sort of an interactive comic book. In terms of tone I'd compare it to Davion Drake Daniel's adventures finding the treasure on the floating island back in season 4. There's not much gameplay, but I drew all the art by hand and wrote some pretty crazy dialog. Plus there's a side story only available after the first play through. No one's ever actually done the side story though...

@ax23000: I know! I love that store now In the past the same guy has sold me a Dream Cast for $20 and a Game Cube with the Game Boy Advance Player for $20 as well. Of course he knows that if he sells the systems to me cheep I'll be back to buy games for those systems as well.
