After all of my rants, complaints and harsh reviews of the Need For Speed games that came out after Undergorund 2 (Most Wanted, Carbon, and Pro Street) - EA has redeemed themselves, at least in my eyes, with Undercover. I have to admit that I have only played about 5-6 races - but the fact that I was able to actually stay in the lead in all of them was enough to satify me. My biggest complaint about those others was the rubberband AI - and thankGod, that seems to be done away with in Undercover. I don't mind rubberband A.I. in the police chases, because they are supposed to keep up with you - but the cheating in Most Wanted, Carbon, and the boringness of Prostreet made those unbearable (although I really wanted to like Most Wanted, and most of it was good, outside of the races). So I'm going to give a rare kudos to EA for this one (so far) I'm hoping that the races will remain beatable throughout. I guess that's why they added "Domination" - because there had to be something to replace rubberband A.I. A good alternative, if you ask me. Well it's back to the races... FINALLY, my only and favorite race series is back.
