I'm just curious about this...I've been stuck on 84.73 something % for like three days now!!! I know it is no huge tragedy to the world at large or even to small communities, but it means something to me. 
What did I do Gamespot??? 
I swear I can change...I'll do whatever you want! 
Really, I can make it better, you'll see...we'll be happy again.

Ok not really, Private_Adam got it spot on, it's a common glitch that every single person in the communtiy is suffering with. You should get all the percentage owed to you after the fix.

oh awesome i was woundring why i hadnt leveled up..god why is there so many glitches with the level system they never seem to full fix it...
