This movie made me into a Steven Seagal fan. This is one of the best stories. It is said that this movie is loosely based on his own life, but I would doubt that. Otherwise it would have to be VERY loosely based on his own experiences. The action is well placed and not just stuffed in for flash and non-sense. It all makes perfect sense and it is a plausable story. A very enjoyable story whether you think it is a fable or an autobiography.
