Ah yes its October 31st and you know what that makes. Its Halloween! Its the only time of year where you can dress up and not get funny looks from people. I'm kidding! Anyway being 22 years old I'm at that age where I can't go out and trick or treat anymore, but I'm still going to have a good time today. As its Halloween and in the spirit of it, I'm going to play some horror themed games and watch some horror movies as well. On my list for playing some horror games I'm most likely going to play Doom, Resident Evil, Fatal Frame, Dead Space, and a few other horror games as well. On my list of horror movies to watch definitely Evil Dead Trilogy, Nightmare On Elm Street, Friday The 13th, Aliens, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and a few others as well. So I'm keeping myself busy for horror related stuff today!
Then later on tonight me and a couple of my friends were going to do a haunted house at our friend's house and for the horror theme we decided to do Doom since it was one of the earlier horror games and surprisingly we were able to find a lot of props that represent Doom. We're going for the look of the other game and we're trying our best to make it represent the Phobos Lab from episode one in Doom. Its taken a lot of effort on our parts, but we got most of the props set up and stuff. Its going to be great since my friend is going to represent the Doomguy and he's going to lead some the trick or treats through our make up of the Phobos Lab and help them escape and their reward for living this nightmare is candy!
I'm going to be playing the part of one of the monsters, most likely an imp or bull demon. I'm going to try my best to scare the trick or treating kids, but then again we'll warn everyone this is recommended for kids older than 13. We'll do the best we can with what we have since we're only going off of using face paint and makeup.
We're having a hard time trying to decide what song to use when we're in the haunted house and since its Doom themed we're going to use the original track that played in the Phobos Lab, Suspense!
