SONG OF THE MOMENT: 'Last Resort' - Papa Roach

HOLA!

I went old school for my blog title... Who doesn't love Papa Roach? They're just so bloody awesome!

Okay! So, this blog.. I'm going to talk about Iron Man and Forgetting Sarah Marshall and the Kooks' album Konk - the blog I accidentally deleted last time.

Also I have One Tree Hill news for my Aussie buddies!

ONE TREE HILL SEASON 4 DVDS
ARE
FINALLY COMING TO OUR SHORES!

JUNE 4, 2008!
Source: JB-Hi-Fi
and Wikipedia

But as if you hadn't bought it off eBay yet! (I, real fact, have two copies of OTH season 4 There was a present miscommunication between my brother and our friends and I ended up with two )

Warning: The spoiler tags aren't working! So, be cautious if you do not want to be spoiled in regards to the following movies!

Iron Man
OMG! Robert Downey Jr! He has always been an awesome actor in my books! And I just realised while watching this movie, how pretty his eyelashes were! Anyway, I thought the movie was overall, slightly above average. It ran a tad too long though - but I guess it's expected for an introductory movie. Casting was superb for Tony Sparks - yet I was disappointed by Gwenyth Paltrow's acting as Penny. Seriously, if you're about to go hack into a computer to steal secret documents - you do not hyperventilate and look suspicious as you're walking into the office. Actually, that was actually the only scene I was disappointed it.

The scenes in the cave were so awesome! Iron Man version 1 looked very believeable to be made out of scraps and Sparks' friend in the cave (forgot and can't spell his name ) was a really good catalyst in the storyline, he was - after Tony Starks - was my favourite character.

And the robotic arm that kept dousing him! Hahaha! It's my third fave "character" ROFL! I loved how when Tony flew into the ceiling/wall, there was a slight pause and then all of a sudden the robotic arm uses the fire extinguisher on him! Okay, that is all I can remember!

If you were to make a robotic armour, what is a 'must have' you'll install in it?

iTunes for me! LOL!

Forgetting Sarah Marshall
THIS MOVIE WAS DA BOMB! Paying the $15 for my seat was so not worth it - as I spent most of the time on the floor laughing ROFL! Russell Brand makes a guy wearing tight leather pants look sexy! Jason Segel is amazing as the guy who's been dumped. His portrayal of 'stalking his ex-girlfriend - whilst not meaning to' was incredibly funny! And OMG! The scene where Sarah Marshall was dumbing him and he walks into the living room in a towel... HAHAHA! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much Jason Segel... Though the d*ck slapping was hilarious! And I ABSOLUTELY loved the Dracula rock opera! With puppets!

Mila Kunis (I still can't believe she's dating Macauley Caulkin!) was great! If I ever need a rebound girl - I want someone like her character Her eyes on the big screen look gorgeous! Kristen Bell as Sarah Marshall - HAHAHAHA! - her face when Aldous (Russell Brand) says "Like the time I didn't tell you I had herpes - but you shouldn't worry, it wasn't inflamed at the time" ****C! Especially with his hot British accent.

The ending was perfect! It went full circle... With someone walking in on Peter (Jason Segel) naked

And then the ad for Sarah Marshall's new television show - Animal Instinct. About a detective that solves crime by reading the minds of the criminals' pets - it's very Medium mixed with Dr. Doolitle. Sean said he wouldn't be surprised if it actually became a TV show

If a TV show about an animal psychic that solves crime was out on TV, would you watch it?

Konk
This album is by far one of the best albums of the year. It's a great mix of the Kooks' growth musically and their old songs. It is a great road trip album! The song that sticks out the most for me is 'Mr Maker'. I highly recommend people who are looking for something light and catchy to buy it.

So! That's it for me!
ONLY 3 WEEKS OF UNI LEFT!

SONG OF THE MOMENT: 'When the day met the night' - Panic at the Disco

BOO! I miss writing the "!" in PATD.

Hello, my lovelies!

I'm currently stuck on my Human Rights essay... Which I knew I shouldn't have left for last since I am completely torn about which topic I should do... So far I started writing about women in Afghanistan, then the struggles in Burma (an idea I got from watching Rambo with my brother [who now has a Stallone crush, go tease him about it!] - which was a bad idea ) and now I'm writing about Palestinians. But now I have no motivation to write it, because I have to re-read the 'Declaration of Human Rights' - a piece of legal document that isn't exactly a joy to read. Okay, so I started it when I wrote my previous blog... But somehow I thought writing my Criminology essay would have been more fulfilling (it was.) And then my Political economy essay on the most tedious topic of 'neo-liberalism' seemed more appealing than the human rights essay (it isn't ) So now I am stuck in a rut and blogging to all you wonderful people!

So how are you all? What's been happening?

Anyone else finding OTH a bit lack-lustre? And basically going at the same speed as Season 1? None the less I love the show! I mean lil Jamie! LIKE OMFG! That kid is so adorable! AND DAN'S BACK!!! How I missed him! Though I hated his little Chopper-esque moustache, thank goodness it's gone!

Oh oh oh! I got my Panic at the Disco ticket ages ago! Thought you guys might have wanted to know LOL We're going to be at the Panic Pit, so Brendon Urie won't know what hit him :p

I really can't wait to hear from all of you!

So on your marks...

Get set...

COMMENT AWAY!!!!

The first Mark Schwahn movie I watched would have to be 'Coach Carter', though I did not realise that he was the one who created it at the time - I loved it! It introduced me to Channing Tatum's hotness! LOL!

I watched 'One Tree...

Both, I have to say, are extremely blessed with the HOT genes... I wonder what their dad looks like! Hahaha!

Being Britney's little sister, many people thought that she would be a clone.

But Jamie Lynn proved us all wrong as we watched her skits in All That and as Zoey Brooks in Zoey 101. She had talent that was way beyond her sister's and...
