So after I went through all the trouble (and $150) to get my PS3 fixed. it decided to croak and die inconveniently after the 90 day warranty expired. I did some research online and apparently I am a victim of the newly infamous problem of yellow ring of death or in the PS3's case the yellow light followed by continuously blinking red light of death. This blows. I love Sony but I placed my faith in them this generation and they continue to disappoint me. I don't know whether I should send this one in for repairs and hope the replacement doesn't break, buy a new PS3 slim, or just buy an Xbox Elite already (which has been on my to do list for quite a while) and go get a Playstation next year when my anger abates. What do you all think? Please no fanboy stuff. I like both consoles equally.
