not really my top,But Bioshock is in my top too...& it's good too see that some people (including me) appreciate Kane & Lynch to its true value

y turok........ that game wasnt that great i beat it in a day and the online wasnt that well

Not a bad list, most of the games you mention would be in my top 10 as well, though I would score GoW as #1. I miss my Xbox!!!!!

Take off The Darkness and Turok and add Brawl since your a WII owner, and Rainbow Six Vegas 1 or 2 and you got yourself a good list. [even though I haven't played NMH or BioShock]

Not a bad list. Oblivion, Gears, COD4, and BioShock are great games and IMO The Darkness is underappreciated by many.
