The Fall Season is starting this week and I am looking forward to seeing new episodes of my favorite TV shows again - Supernatural, Smallville, Heroes, Dexter and Family Guy.

I looked at the Fall lineup recently to see if there are any new shows that seem appealing . I found two of them that peaked my interest- Journeyman and Reaper. The Journeyman due to the time travel factor (Quantum Leap and Voyagers are on my favorites list) and The Reaper because it seems like it may similar the another show I used to watch called Dead Like Me.

I am also contemplating watching "Moonlight" on CBS. I'm unsure about this one but will at least watch the first episode to see if I like it.

Actually I am about to go watch Heroes right now!

Okay I have quite a few pet peeves when I go see a movie. I am sure some will agree with me on some of them. Unfortunately because of some of these things I have actually decided to not go see the movie. I will call it a "DVD" move in other words I will just wait for the DVD to come out. So I may have to wait a few months..

The Commenters - you have heard these people. They have to do commentary during the movie. I had a bad experiece lately while seeing the movie "1408". Apparently the couple behind us was on their first date. You could tell from their conversation. Not that I was listening but they were that loud before the movie started. Once the movie started she started to make comments rather loudly. It was really getting on my nerves, but not as much as my hubby's nerves. He turned around and told her "That is getting old". She did not seem to understand why he was saying that and continued to talk. Finally he got up and got a manage and a security person decided to follow. They basically told her to keep it down. She was quite the rest of the movie.

I remember being 7 years old and seeing "Superman" in 1978 and being annoyed by the little girl sitting behind me who liked to ask questions. They werethe typical questions kids ask - "Mommy why is that man being mean?" or "How can he fly?" So even at that age this has bothered me.

The Barefeet Ones- These are the ones that take off their shoes and put their feet up on the back of the seat in front of them. Who knows where their feet have been. It's possible that the seat I was sitting in had someone's feet on it at one time! Or just imagine sitting in your seat and all of the sudden these feet are right next to your face. I have had to tell people to move their feet and sometimes they just move to another seat.

The Latecomers - You know them. They are the ones that come in late to see the movie. The movie has been on for about 10 or 15 minutes and here they come. Let's take the opening night of a real popular movie and the theater is pretty full. A group of about 3 or 4 come in and they start to climb the stairs hoping to get a good seat at the top. Do they really think there will any seats (and ones where they can sit all together) at the top where most people like to sit. Then they eventaully accept their fate- the front row has theor names on it.

The Cell People - While I love my cell phone, it goes off during the movie. This rule does not apply to everyone I guess. Some poeple not only leave the ringer on but answer the phone during the movie.Either take it outside or get ready for others to give you those rude stares or comments.

The Sneaky Teens - I see these during every "R" rated movie. The teens like to sneak in after the movie starts and there is no mom and dad. Why do I know this? I sometimes watch them and see where they sit. I have yet to see an aduly sitting near them. They think they are being cool by doing this. I blame the theater for some of this though because they do not really enforce this rule. They may do it at the box office but they don't inside. For the most part I could care less, but most of the times these teens like to talk and laugh during the movie. This is when it becomes a problem for me. Besides if you had to sneak in to a movie because you are underage, why not keep it on the down low?

So am I being to hard or asking for too much for people to just behave and watch the movie so everyone can enjoy it? I don't think so.

Elizabeth: The Golden Age
I just saw this movie yesterday afternoon and had high hopes for it. I have to say I liked it, but not as much as the first one. Cate Blanchett though was wonderful reprising her role as Elizabeth and made the movie worth while. Some have...

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
TV show good...movie bad. I am a big fan of the television show, but the movie was just awful and the acting was bad. I really wanted Paul Ruebens to die quicker because he was so annoying (he had a very long death scene). I actually read some...

Claustrophobia sufferers beware! That would be me and watching this movie made me a little squemish in certain scenes. The story is about a group of women go hiking in underground caves and encountered a group of hungry predators. They have to...

Date Movie
This is one of the worst movies I have ever seen! It basically made fun of romance movies, which I do sometimes. Even so it was just awful and way too long (was the running time 3 hours?) Now I like Alyson Hannigan. She was great in Buffy the...

A Room with a View
Lucy Honeychurch, played by Helena Bonham Carter, won't admit her true feelings and lies to everyone about it. She gets engaged to Cecil who is really annoying and stuffy. However she is really in love with George, who is much more laid back and...
