I went to my local EBGames today (in Halifax, Canada) and couldn't wait to finally get Metroid Prime Trilogy. I didn't think there'd be an even slight possibility that they wouldn't have a 1st party Nintendo title. I asked for Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat, they had it. I asked for Punch Out, they had it. I asked for Prime Trilogy, they don't. On top of that, the guy said that they got an initial shipment in August when the game came out but they never got another one since August. The guy said Nintendo never sent them another shipment since the initial one.

This puzzled me greatly because if an EBGames didn't have it then a ToysRUs or FMV probably wouldn't have it either. Ugh, what to do? I don't know where else to find a fresh copy of the game locally because there's only 1 other EBGames store in the area that I can think of. I'm planning on ordering Wi Fit Plus and New Super Mario Bros. about 2 weeks before Christmas anyway so maybe I'll just add it to my list. I just thought this was very odd though, since Metroid Prime is pretty popular.

I'm just remembering the days of Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 on the Dreamcast and I remember how fun it was playing the main game, going to the Chao garden and then sending them to my VMU to take it for walks. It was kinda like having a gigapet. Sega has been going downhill when it comes to making great games for its older mascots like Sonic and NiGHTS. I don't know what happened but Sonic games are just sloppy now and they don't want to increase the frame rates that much.

I hope the Sonic franchise isn't completely dead on consoles. The handheld 2D Sonic games are very good from what I've seen and heard. Sonic Unleashed almost came close to what I wanted but maybe I just want a Sonic Adventure 3. Do you guys wish SEGA would get more serious with Sonic games and stop messing them up?

Okay, so the Wii has been on the market for nearly 3 complete years and although sales are still pretty high I think sales are beginning to fall. In Japan the sales are abysmal compared to what they used to be and out of nowhere Nintendo decided to release the Black Wii alongside MH3 with new Black accessories. More importantly they've decided to release a Black Wii Remote and Nunchuck with WM+ add-on and sleeve in America for Nov. 16th. and funny enough New Super Mario Bros releases Nov. 15th. *hint hint.

Could Nintendo bring the Black Wii to America along with New Super Mario Bros? Remember how they packed the new DS Lite with New Super Mario Bros? That was pretty successful so will Nintendo do the same for Wii? It doesn't really make sense them bringing Black Accessories to America unless the Black Wii was coming. What do you guys think?
