If all else fails, try Blockbuster - especially the Game Rush stores (if you have those). I have a situation that is completely different from video games, but it goes under the category of "hard to find items" - I was wanting to bake a really nice cake last week, and had been looking for decorating supplies - I went to every kitchen store and houseware store in my vicinity - I even looked online! I couldn't find what I was looking for. Turns out, my local Bulk Barn (the bulk food store) has a massive supply of what I need! I never would have thought.
