Smackdown vs Raw 2008 a real let down on the wii?

Well I got it through the post today. And it is absoloutly shocking. It is very hard to control movements, most of the matchs only last about a minute, you cannot top up stamina. You cant really think about what moves to do, you just swing the wii remote around. It is hardly enjoyable. I have to admit on other consoles like the xbox 360 and ps2/3 it will be a good game i can tell that. But the way you control it on the wii is poor, and boringI find. Thinking about returning it to buy a new wii game. And I will buy it on ps2. I'm really upset about the fact it's so bad.
