On Pokemon Crystal Version, I found out that you could see Dragonairs at somewhere different than the Dragon's Den behind the Blackthorn City Gym! That place is a lake in Route 45. But they are LV. 10 even if you caught them with a super rod. Another thing is that they are pretty common at that lake. I hope you liked my information.
