His performance as the leader of the others, Ben, is part of what makes the show truly memorable, as every scene he is in is one to remember. Whether he is sending chills down your spine, or muttering just a few words, his acting ability never ceases to amaze me. The twisted way in which he plays the character is excellent and he brings a definite quality to the villain making him totally different from your typical TV "bad guy".
He is one of the greatest actors on television at the moment and every performance delivered by him on Lost, is nothing short of outstanding.

I've never really fussed over Steve Carell, but after watching The Office I have come to realize how talented he really is. His acting is hilarious and he just seems to be getting better. He really has a way about the jokes that he pulls off and the character he plays in the Office.
Although his character Michael on The Office is not meant to be a very likable character, there is still a part of me that feels sympathy towards him because of Steve's great acting. He really brings a sense of realism to the character of Michael which is what makes him such a great actor.
Although he is sometimes over the top, in the end he is a great actor. His work on the Office is hilarious and I hope it continues to be.

Josh Holloway is one of the most talented actors on television at the moment. He is perfect in the role of con man, Sawyer, on Lost and is definitely one of the best actors currently on the show. He manages to steal the show on countless appearances, as his portrayal of a tortured child who has fallen on the wrong side of the tracks. Without overacting, Josh has shown many sides to his acting ability. The way his character Sawyer has developed should really be credited, as Josh has developed just as much as Sawyer has in the duration of the show. His acting throughout the latest season of Lost (Season 3) has been simply outstanding. The highpoint of his acting was shown in episode 'The Brig' where he delivered an emotionally charged performance as his character, Sawyer, came face to face with the man who had killed his parents years before.
I look forward to seeing how Josh will depict the character of Sawyer as the series continues. Now that Sawyer has faced his demons, we are going to be show a whole new style of acting from Josh.

Terry O'Quinn, who is best known for his role on Lost as John Locke, is one of my favourite actors of all time in a TV series.
I have only ever seen him in Lost and one other film, but I must say he is an amazing actor in his role of John Locke. By no means is Locke's role on the hit TV show easy to play, however I don't think anyone could have done the job better than this man. I am so glad that he has finally won an Emmy for his role as Locke on Lost, because he has definitely amazed me and many others in that role, and has turned Locke into one of the most memorable characters in TV history.
I hope he continues on until the end of Lost, and I look forward to seeing what else he is capable of in the future.
