I think I'm almost finally (or I'm already there) at the age where I really don't give a crap about my birthday anymore. It just seems like another day to me. I guess it's kinda sad, since I'm only turning 20 (well, technicially I've been 20 since 4:53 this morning 
) and they say you should be excited till at least after your 21st birthday, due to the joy of drinking alcohol legally. But I'm not a big fan of drinks like those, so I don't care about that stuff so much.
I'm going to my grandparents house later to celebrate with them and when the family (as in both pairs of grandparents, my great grandmother, and aunt/uncle) comes over for Thanksgiving later on in the week we'll probably do something for my birthday that day too. Hell, this really does just feel like any other day to me. 
I'm assuming I'll be getting Valkyria Chronicles and Left 4 Dead at least today, if not later this week. And if not then I'll be getting them for Christmas (as I had a only 6 games on my wishlist to split between my parents and both grandparents).
I think I shall go play some WoW now. Or watch some anime, whichever.

Happy Birthday! I'm as not excited for my birthdays as I used to be, but I still have reasons to celebrate up until my 26th birthday (yea, I try to make everything fun) Have a great birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! You don't get excited for your bday? Oh man I still get giddy and I'm past the 21 mark (well...I AM 21..). Regardless, I hope you have a fantastic birthday and a good Thanksgiving as well. Valkyrie Chronicles eh? Let me know how that is...I have the demo but I didn't try it yet lol. But I'm still intrigued.

Angela: It's weird, when we're younger, we get excited for our birthdays like they're the most glorious day of the year (due to presents, I'd guess ) and then when you get older, you just think "Oh great...I'm ANOTHER year older." I'm not thinking like that yet, but I'm just not as giddy as I used to be.
Dan: I have a feeling I'll be suffering from short-term memory loss or something by the time I'm 30. I forget stuff so easily sometimes.
Celes: I played the demo of VC and found it a load of fun. It'll be the first SRPG I've played in a long while. I'd probably be more giddy if I didn't have so much crap to worry about all the time.

Birthdays are always fun, but they are less.... exciting when you hit a certain age and all your friends stop coming over for the huge parties where you get clowns and ponies and stuff. I was gonna say, how're you going to play a console when you are glued to the PC?

Happy birthday Kris! My b-day was a few days ago and I didn't care too much, birthdays aren't very exciting to me. I just went out to dinner with my family. It seems that everyone is getting Valkyria Chronicles now, I'll guess I'll have to join in and buy it this week. And I'm enjoying Left 4 Dead, it's a very fun game.

I still look forward to my birthday and I'll be 26 in March. Then again, its usually a guarantee of some time off work, if not a week then at least a few days. Happy Birthday.

Casey: I just got done playing Valkyria for a bit, so I've been away from my laptop for a little while!
Anthony: I'm installing L4D as I type this. I played the demo and it was a load of fun. I've only played VC for about a half hour or so, but it's fun so far, more talking than anything, but it's an RPG, so I expect that.

Happy birthday Kryu, as far as I remember, celebrations for my birthdays have stopped since I was 12. All I hear right now is the "Happy birthday" sentence from several people. I don't mind it though, it's not like I have to celebrate every year for succesfully living, lol. Anyways, happy birthday again

You need a set of handcuffs glued to your TV, not your PC. Like xtra strength so no nail file can saw through them like in the cartoons.
