Well thanks to your comments I went and downloaded GIMP,but I mostly picked GIMP because it's free (I am cheap
),so right now I am still trying to figure out how to use it,it is COMPLICATED!!,well it's complicated to me(I am not as smart as some).So I will see y'all later I am still learning
