Guess what? I was playing the final level of Zack and Wiki and nearly finished when this happened...

"disc read error"

Whhhyyyyyyy God Whyyyyyy!!! That's what I get for buying a used game, though in fairness when Gamestop gets a trade in, they do test to make sure it runs and the game ran fine and this didn't occur until the very end so there's no way they would've known. Despite having a few nicks on the disc it did seem to run just fine.

Well, thank God for youtube so I could watch the ending. Actuallly rather surprised at the ending. It was kinda sad.

Still I wonder what happened to Zack and pals after defeating Barabados? I think they set sail for new lands and along the way met up with another group of pirates and Zack befriended a little boy with huge eyes, pointy ears and dressed in green.

Hey! I don't make fun of your fanfiction ideas!

Well Nintendo made up for a lackluster E3 show by showing off a ton of new games that will hopefully shut up you whiners for a while. I'm talking real, actual games and better yet, instead of constantly milking old franchises, they're going back to make sequels to long overlooked franchises.

Sin and Punishment 2: If you haven't downloaded the N64 original, then go do it right now. Hopefully #2 will be released stateside, but who knew Nintendo could make a badass shootem up action game?

Animal Crossing City Folk: Compared to the first videos I saw of it, there's more going on with this than I realized, mainly the fact that your character can leave the quaint village and go into what appears to be a real city environment with new things to do.

Punch Out! Little Mac returns along with his cast of bizarre cartoony fighters like King Hippo. Sadly Mike Tyson isn't returning. Though have you seen him today? You try to fight him now and he'd just sit in the corner going "I don't want to fight anymore. Where'd all my money go?" That or he'd just try to bite Mac's ears off.

Pikmin and Donkey Kong Jungle Beat: Nintendo's obviously got a case of "Square Enix Syndrome" in that they want to rerelease old games with updated graphics. Now I'll say that I solely regret not playing the original 2 Pikmin games on the Gamecube and now they're hard to find and even as Player's Choice Used will run nearly $30 so I wouldn't mind playing it. DK Jungle Beat was an innovative idea, even if the finished result was a rather shallow 2D platformer. Still, I think we'd all rather have a new Donkey Kong Country but seeing as how Rare has devoted themselves to fondling Microsoft improperly for the rest of their days, that's not going to happen.

They showed off a whole bunch of other upcoming games that I don't have time to get into. While I could be like everyone and whine about no new Mario and Zelda (may I remind everyone that we had new installments of those series LAST YEAR!) or no Starfox, or Kid Icarus. Still we can't forget those potentially good third party games. The third party developers are now starting to make what appears to be more solid Wii games like Madword, The Conduit, Little King's Story, Deadly Creatures just to name a few.

As for the DS which, mine has been sitting around most of this year collecting dust, it's also getting a nice slew of games.

DSi- Why does Nintendo continue to rerelease various versions of their handhelds? It's interesting with the camera and all but I don't have the desire to upgrade from my DS Lite. Also I'm rather upset they removed the GBA slot because I didn't have a GBA so my DS gave me the chance to catch up on titles like Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap and Sonic Advance 3. Also it sucks for games like Guitar Hero: On Tour which rely on that slot for their peripheral.

Mario and Luigi RPG 3 now I will say I enjoyed Superstar Saga on the GBA though I haven't found a copy of Partners in Time yet but while it isn't as good as SMRPG or Paper Mario, I would like to play another Mario and Luigi game.

We also have seen that there's another Castlevania title planed for the DS and those have been some of it's best games. As of right now I still need to get Sonic Chronicles, Chrono Trigger DS and Kirby Superstar Ultra.

So hopefully, all of you who cried and whined after E3 will be happy for a while and I'm sure we'll hear even more at E for All.

Well, it had been a while since I sat down and wrote any game reviews and finally I've played enough of a few games to at least get a review out there.

Super Mario RPG (VC) As soon as this came to the VC I downloaded it and couldn't put it down and being one of my all time favorite games, I had to write a review for it (also posted at the Nintendo Revolution Union).

Lost Winds (Wiiware) Still the best $10 I spent this year and I'd recommend anyone download it.

Dr. Mario Online Rx (Wiiware) This one I love to just pick up and mess with when I have some time to kill and don't forget to PM me your Dr. Mario friend codes.

Zack and Wiki (Wii) I'm nearly finished with this and being that it ranks among the "Under the Radar" games, I had to write a review for it.

Elder Scrolls Oblivion (360) I'm no where near done playing this of course but have put a good amount of time into it and though my review may seem harsh, I'm still having a lot of fun with it.

So feel free to check those out.

Some people just don't have opinions. Like kbaily.
kbaily must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could kbaily possibly have for not rating a single film?
