That's one reason why. Alas, it has been an uber long while since I've announced my presence on this place. And only a dim memory of the greatness the ECC was once upon a time on this site. (Danny: -cries-) And now. what I was trying to say..............I HATE TV.COM!!! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?!?! My laptop and tv.com already hate each other as much as can be, and now it's just ended up turning into something more difficult, ARGH!!!! I was actually planning on coming over here and posting a happy-go-lucky (Danny: You're never happy-go-lucky unless you're plotting something.) message annoucing my my-awaited (I'm sure xP) return to tv.com. -sighs- Now, that's not to say that I won't still try to make it all work out and stay with tv.com, like I planned, it depends on how difficult and hard it is to use this site on my laptop. If nothing else maybe I can pull it up at school or something.

Now, this is just for pleasure, and don't you dare make a joke about that, Danny. I'm done trying to clean up and fix up the place, and make everyone's lives easier. If I'm on the forums, unless it's to complain or something, it will be just because I'm bored or something catches my attention. I'm still regulating my Theft Thread because that is something personal. You may see my make appearances, possibly even returns, on some the random fun stuff I used to run- errr participate in only I mean! ^^ Also, just because I may be back, doesn't mean the ECC is. We have our own home and own control and will continue to remain there unless something happens.

(On a personal note....has anyone on Gaia who reads the Evolving Item report experienced a slight sense of deja vu when reading about Dr. Singh's and Timmy's adventures? Before he become all weird? xD)

Wow..... -staring at last blog- Has it really been that long? Dang, I need to spend more time on here. -is secretly a Gaia addict- XD Anyways, obviously quite a bit has changed since then. I got into the zoo program at the college here (yeah, I actually do go to "school" in a"zoo" xP) and I'm loving it like nothing else! I mean, I've usually liked school and didn't like skipping, but all the classes are so interesting I CAN'T miss any!

Seriously! In lab right now we're doing general maintenance and cleaning (won't get to work with the animals until the summer), but it's still fun. And I'm in classes with like the most totally awesome people around. XD It's never boring. We've been in school for like two months (wow, is THAT it?!? O.O) and it's almost like we've all known each other for years! XD They're so awesome and stuff and we totally have the networking thing going until we grad (in a little over a year).

Well, now about the topic title....... First of all, let me give you a little background about myself. I've grown up as a first-marine-brat-then-civilain-for-a-couple-years-later-army-now-retired-brat. XD Unique pedigree there, eh? Anyways, of course that means I've moved around and gone to and lived in some of the worst places and all that. So, just a quick list of all I've been through:

~ Recently found out I actually had a seizure as a baby, second sister had them for a few years
~ Strange illnesses and stuff like severe flu, whooping cough, sinus infections, planter's wart, tick head stuck in my head almost leading to surgery, ear infections, weak legs giving out randomly, mono which caused a whole world of problems on its own...., and broken finger
~ More girls graduated in my ****that were pregnant almost to the point of popping out during the ceremony....
~ Went to a high school known for fighting (girls, boys, faculty, students, random people on the street, everyone got their kicks in), when you'd literally just walk down the hall with bloody violent fights going on right next to you
~ Anthrax lockdowns (for several hours)
~ Bomb threats (several creative methods actually)
~ Lockdown for 9/11, including total post search everytime you entered the gate on post to go home.....>_>
~ 2 fires during HS (beginnig of freshman, end of senior)
~ Drug busts both near house and in school
~ Attempted school shootings
~ Murders and intentional car incidents

And so on and so on......... For whatever bizarre reason, it seems like nothing phases me. Seriously I'm the calmest person when calling 911 for sisters emergencies, and my aunt got the over on fire once. My reaction was, "It's on fire." while she panicked and cried. My mom says its cuz of everything I've been through, it takes a long to really make me freak out and stuff.

But, I have to say that I experienced something last week I never thought possible. XD In case any of you heard about a guy who brought out a gun on the campus on a Florida college.....yep that's where I go. No shots were fired, but there was conflict. Obviously, that's nothing new for me. So what was the surprising bit of the story?

I was on lockdown for several hours........IN A ZOO!!!! XD Yeah, I do tours (as part of our grade) on Tuesdays and all of us were ushered into the zoo gates where we sat for hours while they went after the gunman. (Found him later that evening no where near the campus. XD) Obviously I'm safe, and not even really shook up, just like, "wow, I never the zoo part happening...."

So, the thing I realized later? If shots had been fired.....I might not be here. I usually go to the foodcourt when I get out of clas get lunch and head back to the zoo..... That one day, when I got up, I decided I just wanted to make and take my own lunch instead of walking back over. So I was never actually on the main campus that day, just next door at the zoo. (especially after my clas were cancelled due to the incident)

If I hadn't, I would be have been over at the SFCC foodcourt about noon getting something to eat. And guess what? Yep, that's when and where the guy pulled the gun out and aimed it.......

....to torment you all for yet even longer!!! XD

Anyways, so yeah, feels weird becuase it doesn't feel like it's anything, but I have all these people and stuff that keep telling me it is. xP

So, plans? Well seeing as how I'm anything but normal and I never do things the right way... I'm GOIN ALL OUT!!!! Yeah, only me. XD I've got my salsa dancing final today and have to do the dance we've practiced all semester. And what is lovely Trishy doing? Well, she's sporting her fancy schmancy midnight blue oriental outfit. It's got high slits, so I still obviously have to wear pants under it, but yeah, I'm wearing that all day, even to dance class. Why? Because I'm weird like that and always dress extravagantly, that's why.

I gave myself a home manicure last night, just cuz I was bored, and I'm considering streaking my hair, probably blue. Either way I'm wearing body glitter and hair glitter.

And after the dance? Well my auntie is taking me out for chinese food tonight, yes, still in the outfit. XD

Which brings me to my next point: I'm leaving Thurs morning to see my family in GA and spend the weekend with them. We'll be getting back sometime on Monday because I still have to work on Tuesday. I'm both excited and nervous. This is my first time to drive for more than 3 hours. (I'm always the one asleep in the back seat XD) I'm not alone though. My grandma is going with me, along with our pomeranian. The main reason I'm going? Well, we could say that it's just because my family loves me and wants to spend my after-birthday with me....

But the real reason I'm going.....is to pick up my long-awaited-ordered-way-back-when Pirates DVD. XD Yeah, that's the one and only thing I've been wanting this year (which I'm sure you're all just shocked and surprised about....

And, for those that are wondering about presents.....don't ask me what I want, cuz I have no idea. XD Seriously, a gift from a friend has a meaning all on it's own, no matter what it is, and I'll cherish it always and stuff. And most of you know what my interests are as well.
