First of all, those of you that don't have RS:V need to go out and get it, it's an awesome game. Secondly, those of you that have the game definitely need to go out and get these packs. For the poor people that forked over 800MS points for the Red pack, you basically got the shaft as now both the Red and Black packs are free from XBL. The only dissapointment is the lack of additional weapons. From what I hear Ubi was unable to obtain licenses for most US weapons (cough cough COLT!!! cough cough). I hate that they were such a-holes as to not license Ubi to use the M16 and M4. At least there are a lot of good weapons in the game, but nowhere near the selection of Raven Shield (which I still play very often.)

The new maps are great, I especially love that some of the Raven Shield maps are back (presidio FTW!). Wartown is crazy, with 70 terrorists it's definitely a challenge even for the most experienced players, it's a wide open arena with plenty of opportunities for sniping, but there are enough small houses and things you can go in to keep things close if that's how you roll. Also, the addition of the VIP mode (assassination) is great, for those of you that play AA you know what I'm talkin about. Assassination is a great game type, especially if you get to be the VIP.

Anyway, this isn't even the tip of the iceberg but I wanted to encourage you guys to get the new packs.
