New games!
Well I haven't been doing much lately, as per usual. I have been playing more games though. I managed to acquire Socom II and I bought the Sony/Logitech headset seperately and i'm pretty impressed... Oblivion and such...
I haven't been around much lately, that would probably be thanks to my addiction to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. I've finished the main story missions, i'm Arch-Mage of the Mages Guild, Master... Wha... huh... is this old?
Okay, I may be behind the times here, but I was just watching Pirates of the Caribbean - Curse of the Black Pearl when I noticed something rather curious... Is that Kratos of God of War fame or... A trough with a peak in it.
Well nothing interesting is happening in my life at the moment, but I must hurl blog unto this space, regardless. I'm still an unemployed bedroom dwelling caveman of sorts who plays games. On the... More games and more crap.
Well on the plus side I've got a few new games recently. Namely the expansion pack for Dawn of War, Winter Assault. It's pretty much what I was expecting and playing as the Imperial Guard is pretty... Stop the acting and get off this net!
It's been quite a while since I played Battlefield 2, and since one of my good friends recently got it, it's gave me good reason to get back on and kick some butt. I managed to get to Gunnery... Tekken 5.
So... Tekken 5 came gliding through my postbox today aided by a heavenly beam of light and a sweet vocal accompaniment. Well, it didn't really... but it definitely deserved to. This game is better... One of my favourite video game quotes sums this up pretty well...
"WHAT DA HELL!?" from Max Payne. The enemy AI would shout it sometimes when you appeared out of nowhere to gun their asses into the floor. I know it's not hilarious in text form, it's the delivery... Revisiting the greats.

Psychonauts has finally been released on the Playstation2 here in the UK, and naturally, I pounced onto it like a fanatical catholic lunging at the pope. Also, I have got quite a few new... Dawn Of War And A Broken PS2.
Well, I have to admit it. I am a collector of Warhammer 40k. :oops: I used to collect it and I was quite into it... I still have a box full of paints and such with my half painted Black Templars... Goldeneye: Source
Well I've just downloaded the alpha version of the hardly developed Goldeneye: Source, and i've got to say, i'm pretty impressed. As soon as I loaded up I went straight to the facility level... Guild Wars and a new Playstation2 Maybe?
Well this week I have been playing Guild Wars a hell of a lot. I haven't played it in about 5 months after just losing interest for some unknown reason and now i'm back playing it with a vengeance.... Oh crap, it's happening again!
Crap, crap, crap. My Playstation2 is barely a year old (or just over) and it's starting to cause DVD's to skip and some of my games to jump randomly and games like God of War freeze up for a few... F.E.A.R. completion.
Well after 2 days of constant play I finished F.E.A.R. It was pretty good all-round, the gameplay is probably still the best aspect of the game, and the music was pretty cool too, the storyline... Weee... Happy new year GS peoples!
