Yea I kinda agree that most of the same users who have been on the Soapbox before get on again no matter what really.

Well I kinda get the impression that if you get in it once, it is easier to get in it again. But we can't get away from the fact that many of the soapbox blogs are great.

@horgen123: Ya theres no doubt most of the blogs are amazing, but some aren't so deserving. I just think its a bit bias

hank is right its easier to be there again once you've already been in the soapbox maybe GS is just tired of looking for new people.

I think a mod said that once you get into the Soapbox, all your blogs automatically show up in it. I'm not sure though.

Yeah I have to agree as well I see all the same people all the time it's annoying.

Before trying the "URtehbias" wildcard, why not ask about it in the site enhancement & feedback board? That's where staff may likely notice and address your concerns. Just to give you some background about how the soapbox feature works, users remain up there after we add them as a featured user until a staff member decides their editorials are no longer acceptable. You can always contact me if you think a user's writing isn't fitting the feature any further without offending the user too. Lastly, new users get added possibly every 4-6 weeks as it is a manual process and the user's editorials really need to stick out for us to consider adding them. However, if they stop writing editorials as frequently it seems like the same users are only being featured.

I was gonna agree with you until I read Jody's reply. I have written a few editorials too, and its been included in the Community Blog for E3. Hope your next editorial makes it to the Soapbox.

I don't really pay much attention to the soapbox but I have seen some of the same names there more than once.

GS if full of MS fanboys. btw, I played some wii games at my cousins today, Mario Cart Wii is awesome, Wii play is OK.
