I logged into Gamespot this morning to see this shocking news, FFXIII the main game I wanted a PS3 for is going to go to the Xbox360 too. This leaves me with a question. What about FFXIII Versus?? Was their any mention of the game going to Xbox360 or is this one still going to be exclusive. Because now, I cannot see many games besides FFXIII, FFVS, and MGS4 that would persuade me to get a PS3. If versus goes to xbox too, I may as well get one of them instead, thats what most of my friends have got.
Anyway, what are everyone elses opinions on this?

Id have to agree with DrAwesome. Only ones i want are MGS4. But i own 360. So naturally to me this is a good thing. Id be pissed if i had a PS3 right now

good because i don't have to get a PS3 for it, but bad because i'm there will be games that i really want to play that'll probably be PS3 exclusive... like DQ9, or KH3

It is a good thing for 360 owners, but what about Sony?
Let's face it Sony is struggling to keep the PS3 competative, and like I said to eliteguard91, desciding to make FF13 multi-platform is just going to make things worse for Sony, way to go SE for hurting Sony

Versus is still exclusive to the PS3 as of now.
This was a major surprise though. I guess this makes the 360 the go to console for RPG fans.

No sorrow for me. I am all smiles that FFXIII is coming on 360. Now,I am finally glad,I didn't buy a PS3. Only God of War III can make me buy one,and it has to be really good.

I have SOME reservations but only minor. A lot of my friends own 360s so I'm glad that they are getting a chance to play it. The good news for PS3 owners is that it is still being built from the ground up on the PS3 and is then being ported to the 360. Widening the market was most likely a smart idea by Square. If moving the game to the 360 has affected the quality of the PS3 product (because it is by far the more powerful system despite some blunders on Sony's part) then and ONLY then will I be a little (well very) mad. Anyone else agree?
