Halo 3 has come and is still going strong, but it signifies the end of an era in video games, well a new one is going to begin with the success and attention it's gotten for video games. But look at 2007, Pirates of the Carribean came to an end (possibly, hopefully, I dont want them to ruin that great film with a medicore sequel) Harry Potter came to an end (With the best books in the series, Deathly Hallows was fanatastic) Halloween the film franchise may be over (I doubt they'll try to make a new one, I loved those films), and there's Halo. So what is left to live for? New episodes of Ugly Betty? The ugly girl (not really ugly, she's actually hot) can only be on tv for so long until that ends too. Why must everything end? What is there to look forward to? GTA4? Assassins Creed? The Sims movie? What's going to happen now? I guess everything should end, Buffy The Vampire Slayer ended, so did Xena, Angel, Dead Like Me, Carnivale, and other good shows like Jack and Bobby. Well I dont know what's going to happen now, will there be a new Halo? A new book series to match Harry Potter? Who knows? Is Resident Evil really going to end on that cliff hanger? Time will tell.

We hear about a new video game coming out, most of the time its a sequel we cannot wait for, then we hear those infamous words TBA. I've never really had a problem with TBA release dates, but now they are just driving me insane. Halo 3 is a TBA, Halo Wars is a TBA, Fable 2 is TBA, same thing goes with about half the other future games on this site and on any other site. Gaming stores assume when they'll get games, but sometimes (hell most of the time) they are unreliable.
Why can't they just set an approximate game release date, sure if they dont meet it we'll be upset, but we'll still have something to look forward to. I just drives me crazy thinking that the game I've been waiting for for so long is a TBA and can come out at any moment.
It seems like these days there are alot of TBA.

How disappointing the PS3 is. I remember when Sony was basically number one, then Xbox came out with Halo, but Sony was still promising. For the current consoles I kept thinking that Nintendo had met its doom with the Wii, until I played it.
I own a Wii, 360, and PS3. The PS3 really needs some good games. The Wii is just plain fun with any of its games, the 360 is dominating with Gears of War, and soon to be Halo 3, but PS3 has nothing.
Let's face it as much as we wanted PS3 to succeed it just was too little too late. They have already lost Guitar Hero and Grand Theft Auto to Xbox, the only game that even seems promising is Metal Gear and hopefully they'll have enough sense to revive Twisted Metal.
PS3, please wake up and create something that impresses us. Just please dont try and rip off Gears of War or Halo, be creative Resistance was fun, but it was no Gears or Halo.

joeyacevedo must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could joeyacevedo possibly have for not rating a single film?
