-Wow, Friday hasn't come soon enough for me. I have just been wishing, and hoping, and thinking, and praying*, and now it's finally here!
*I had to google this lyrics, but I have no idea why I know this song. .. Weird..

(calendar is clearly marked Thursday) .. ahem! (knocks calendar off the desk into the trash bin). Yes, it is definitely Friday! Thank Fsm it's friday! Or as an acronym: TFSMIF

So now it's officially Thanksgiving! We got turkey, sweet stuffing, cranberry stuff, turkey, rolled-buns; oh they're kind-of stale; white sparkling wine in fancy China glasses, and angel-food cake for desert! Thanksgiving is about 3 things: Food, Family, and Cindy Crawford:

-Gamers watch this for a laugh

-Do you believe I haven't seen Halloween before? So, I'm gonna watch that sometime this weekend.

-American friends! Come north for the weekend, then you get two holidays!

-I've been wracking my brain for a few months, trying to think up a new banner and icons. .. I'm supposed to be "so creative", but I'm completely flumuxed. I need brain drinks.

-Looks like we won. As the British would say; Huzzah!

-I had something important I was gonna mention.. hmm... I lost it, oh well.

-I met some really strange people yesterday. Unpleasant, for sure. With any luck, I'll never see them again.

1: The new colors are blinding. My monitor is very bright, and the grey text over the white background is half visible and difficult to read. The Fuschia, the Yellow-on-Blue, the baby blue, these are inappropriate colors*. The blog color default is grey; half-visible on Tv.com; but if we change the to black then it means our blog is invisible on Gamespot.com.
*The majority of your users are over the age of 20. Do you really think they want to stare at these kiddie tones for hours on end?

I think some of the colors should be replaced, or at least toned down to a darker hue.

2. When viewing comments, each comment is timestamped with the day the user signed up to Tv.com. That is errenous data and doesn't need to be shown on every single comment. It's placed above the comment and the comment's timestamp, suggesting the Join Date is even more important than the comment itself.

The Join Date timestamp should be removed. The profile already lists this date, and that is enough.

3: This is an editor-only problem: The Queue button is really small and difficult to spot. When it's selected, it turns from Navy Blue to Crimson. The difference is barely noticable, and easy to miss unless you're looking for it. If the Moderators don't realize they have items in the Queue, it slows down the Moderation process.

The button needs to be bigger, in-your-face. The Selected button needs a brighter red.

4. There are several problems with the main profile page. The 'Last Online', and 'Level-up Pie Chart' features have been removed. You can only see 4 or your friend's latest blog titles. 'My Favourite Tv Show' and 'Star' is a difficult to control feature with a slanted logic. There are several dead emblems on each profile, these should've been removed during changeover.

I think the removed features should return in some form, and these erratic features should be easier to control or removed entirely. Or in the case of the emblems, you should remove the dead icon links.

5: The new adspace is intrusive, flashing, distracting, and I find the ads annoying. I realize that's the entire point of advertisements, but these new ads take away from the Tv.com experience, and I feel completely unmotivated to follow them anywhere.

I think the ads could be a bit smaller, and preferably less flashy.

Clue
Clue; the movie! I know it sounds like a really bad idea to base a movie on a board game. But in this case, it's really funny slapstick black humor that completely forgets it's laminated-cardboard-self, while still keeping some common elements...

Along Came a Spider
This movie has it's pros and cons. Even though it's a Cop movie, I like it. It builds up suspense and makes you question the motives of every character that isn't Morgan Freeman. On the other hand, the plot is over-the-top silly and contains some...

The Transformers: The Movie
Overall, I like this movie. It's nostalgic and also features huge space robots that turn into things.

Wow, why is this a kid's movie? I mean, I understand the reasoning: a 2-hour movie designed to make kids pay for a movie ticket,...

Superhero Movie
Wow, this movie is surpisingly good. I was expecting it to be a piece of carp like 'Meet the Spartans' or 'Epic Movie', but this is much better. Heck, it's even better than Scary Movies 3 or 4.

It's got some moments that are pretty...

Drowning Mona
This is a pretty good movie if you give it a chance. It starts out with the most hated woman in a small-town, Mona Dearly, driving her son's car off a cliff. It's quickly established that this car accident was no accident, and almost everyone in...
