Hi guys 
So, christmas is over! 
But New Years is right around the corner! 
yay!!! I just wanted to do a quick post christmas blog to say that i hope you all had a FANTASTIC christmas (or grinchmas in some cases 
)
My christmas was pretty good. I gotsome cool presents - not everything i wanted, but my birthday is in 2 weeks, so *fingers crossed* I hope you got everything you wanted
I got:
- "Our Little Corner of the World: Music from Gilmore Girls" CD - Best CD ever - i recommend it!!!!
- Playstation Portable + 2 games
- 2 Gilmore girls books! haha, theyre pretty bad, but funny! 
- An ipod shuffle
- ER season 9
- OC complete series
So i did pretty well. One thing i was sad wasnt there was the GG complete series! oh man, i hope i get it for my brithday, coz there is no way i could afford it myself! haha
In relation to TV. I am so so so so SOOO happy, because I have finally found a new show that i absoltely LOVE!!! It's MEN IN TREES!!!! Please, everybody watch it! You won't be disappointed! its so good!! It's on tv in Australia, because its non-ratings time, and it will probably be taken off the air in February when all the other shows come back, unless more people watch it, so PLEASE, if youre in Australia, give it a go! But I am just so happy that there is finally a show on TV that i really enjoy and can't wait to watch - i havnt had that with a show for AGES!!
Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys the rest of 2007, and has a great new years! Anyone have any cool plans?

They definitely know how much i want it! Your right, not everyone can like the same shows! its a matter of taste
I'm just glad at least we both like GG Yeah, im not that into New Years either. Probably coz its hard to have much of a good time when your not an adult. I'll probably just stay home and watch the fireworks

I am sure too that you will get the complete set for your birthday! I have tried to watch "Men in Trees" and just couldn't get into it. I am glad you love it.
My favorite current show is "Brothers & Sisters". I am really liking that. But nothing is out there right now to take GG's place in my heart. I am not sure anything ever will . GG was too good and then it went off the air too soon. Okay, I'm going to stop being sad.I will probably have to work New Years, so this year won't be anything special probably. At least, I will be working with my husband, so we'll be together. That is all I really care about.
Some New Years we've had some very special dinners.
Merry Christmas! Elissa Yeah, ive heard that from a lot of people. Im not sure why I like it. I think it helped that before i even watched it, i was convinced i would love it. I was so excited because the show sounded like all my favourite shows mixed together - Everwood, Gilmore Girls, Sex and the City. So yeah, and then i watched it and i liked it
But it definitely isnt as good as Gilmore Girls. And i will never love it as much!Thats a shame you have to work, but thats good that you'll be with your husband.

I only got old shows on dvd. Blame me, cause they were on my wish list.

Haven't spoken in ages!! I'm glad you had such a good Christmas!! I FINALLY recieved my season 7 of Gilmore Girls and then for Christmas my Aunt bought me the boxset! I still haven't watched the whole 7th season yet. When is Men in Trees on? I still have no idea what I'm doing for New Years

not that presents is what Christmas is about. Sorry Jess, I am never watching MinT because it is so much of a rip off of my absolute favourite show Northern Exposure which aired early ninties (Big city guy goes to a Small Alaskan town full of interesting characters. It even has the hole AM radio station like MinT does) So I'm not going to watch it because it would ruin Northern Exposure for me.

i know, its been ages! ugh, so busy!!! but yay!!! thats so cool!! so many people got season 7 for christmas! thats great! Men in trees is on Wednesdays, Channel 9, 7:30-8:30 . My birthday is the 17th So, 20 days haha. Have a great new years! Izzie Oh, i completely understand. If i had watched NE, i know i would hate MiT as well. lol

in my last blog you said that MiT was definitely worth getting in to! and u were right how awesome is it?! lol, ive only seen 2 episodes, but i can tell! I will get the DVDs when they come out so i can catch up have a great new years whatever you end up doing

Men In Trees just really looks like not a good show to me or at the very least not my tastes but glad you enjoy watching. To each his or her own right? No plans for new years, I'm not really into it. In fact I've really only ever stayed up till midnight on New Years a couple times in my life and most of those weren't really because I was trying to stay I was just kind of up anyway. I've always seen New Years as more of an adult holiday.
