Hey guys, it's been awaile since been on the page, had a lot of work and things has happend in my life lately but finally i could get back to GS, hope u all r doing just good, by the way it's time to upgrade to the new system and keep the gamming alive......i got a hard choise to make and i need ur help.....
Xbox360 or PS3?? can u guys give me some advise in these so i can make up my mind in which one to get for my up coming B-Day i'll appreciate all opnion...

Hey Supergohan it's good to see u around, ty man i'm leaning to the PS3 because I have always been a fan of Sony and have all the console of PS.

It's good to see you around too, anyway I got a PS3 in December, and I think it's a great console, plus online is free and we're getting Home sometime this year, and it's also region free

Sweet!!! Definetly will look into it, a got a lot of my friends from Costa Rica telling me that Xbox360 is better but something just telling me to stick with PS all the way.

Which console has the best games in your opinion? Look at games that are already released and games that are in development. Which console has most games you think you will enjoy playing?!?

that's why I picked the PS3, and what your friends have been telling you isn't true, the PS3 and 360 have similar capabilities at the moment, but the 360 still uses DVD discs, as for the PS3, it has moved on to Blu-Ray, whitch has more space, and I don't know if this is true or not, but I read somewhere that the developers have only tapped in to 2% of the PS3's full potential, although that does seem unlikley.

Wow!! luv all the feedbacks, horgen the problem is that in CR it's hard to get all the great games that are out there, but i want to keep with this console also to keep my story's from Resident Evil and wanted to see and play that Ninja Gaiden that look so great......but any more info about both console will still be taken in consideration because my B-Day is until April but if i make up my mind sooner i'll go 4 it

I have the Elite 360 and the 80GB PS3, I barely play my PS3 though. If I were you I'd just get the 20GB 360, I find that I don't need all that room. You'll save some money and get the console with the best games right now, too many to name. The PS3 looks like it will have a promising year, though all the games would be new and highly priced whereas the 360 with the huge game library would have lots of cheap & good games.

Hey Mjk_1 long time no see and ty for the info on that one, i have been looking at both consoles and seems pretty similar's, even so at the time i make up my mind i think the most i'll get will be 40GB 360 or PS3 because i don't have that amount of time for gaming like before, even so thanx for the feedback....

Supergohan: 2% isn't true. I don't know how much, but it is more than that. It also has much to do with optimising/tweaking to get more out of it.
So it's easier to get the great ps3 games that are out now? Also RE5 is on both ps3 and x360. And Ninja Gaiden, well X360 will have Ninja Gaiden 2 and ps3 has NG Sigma or Black.
I think it would help if you visited both ps3 forum and x360 forum here on GS. But ofcourse you are doing that?

and yeah, actually I do check out the PS3 forum from time to time, and I think I heard that 2% thing from YouTube, so I should've known better than to trust that, and I admit that Xbox Live has a much better online system than the PS3 Espurs, but PS3's online system is definatley not crappy.

i have both with the ps3
you know it wont break like 360

The PS3 didnt have a great 1st year(But not tha bad either) if your a PS fan then get the PS3, unless if you want to miss all the great Sony exclusive games that you played and love in the PS2 & PS1 that is coming to the PS3. This year is the PS3's year with all the promising exlusives coming up, adding to that the PS3 has a HUGE potential and it is starting to show it.
