I finally have time to write one of these again. To get the title out of the way, yes, FUNimation finally received the rights to the first "season" of Dragonball. Of course, Dragonball is the first out of the three and it entails Goku's childhood. This came as a shock to me that they actually were doing this. I literally was randomly searching and I found the box set's artwork. Sure enough, it was legit and it had been released three days earlier. It was under the radar to say the least, but when I visited the DBZ site, they did have an advertisement for it.
It's basically the same as the Z and GT sets. It's in 4:3......... blah blah blah. I picked it up and now I am remembering how much I enjoyed this series. It's truly my favorite out of the three. I must just comment that the music is amazing. I love it. Well enough gawking. lol
As for everything else, it's the same. College, skating, games, and hardly any sleep. Note that the time I am writing this is 4am. Oh and I found a game for $20 at Walmart that I was actually going to buy for full price when it first came out. That game is Dead Space. I haven't played much but so far, I love it. It's atmosphere is truly immersive. Well I have proof read this guy, and I really can't think of anything else to say, so farewell.
PS I dyed my hair purple. Oh snap.

Hmm I wonder why Funi didn't have the rights to DB up until now. It's good to see it getting the same treatment as Z and GT. But unfortunately my gaming money and my movie/box set money is directly tied together, so no box sets for me. Besides, my goal in the next few years is to own all of DBZ first. At least, before DVD's get discontinued...
And purple hair!! Hah I bet that looks cool.
