Old enough to have been there to play the old NES and SNES but too young to have been there in the arcade scene in the late 80's and early 90's and lucky to have been able to afford a Playstation with my low income family. I love playing games but am not hardcore enough to sit down as long as I used to. I don't have as much time for games anymore buy I am fortunate enough to afford one game every 1-2 months and have a Gamecube and GBAsp to go with my computer that has now become my pride and joy, but even then I am not hardcore enough for long sitdowns. And for some odd reason, I find that PC games are simpler for me to play and learn than console games. I have always favored Nintendo over Sony and Microsoft, but I don't believe that makes me a Nintendo fanboy. I see that Nintendo is the only console maker that is still sticking with the basic fundamentals of video games in which I grew up on, and will be the only company that will carry the flag for old school gaming. The best Playstation and Xbox games will eventually be released on the computer so I can afford to own neither console. But I do appreciate a good game, on any console, it just so happens that the best games today were the best games 10 years ago, and there is nothing wrong with that.
