O.k. On your profile page go to your images tab, upload the image you want to put in your post, once you picture becomes available for viewing click on it to view it, then when you are looking at your picutre you uploaded right click on it and go to properties then copy the url address, then make your post and click on the little tree icon that I believe says add image and in there you will see "image url" that is where you will paste the url address you copied, then click add and dont worry about a description.
