JENNY: I take it this is not a social call.
[Right there! It's *not* a social call - it's about the job]

TONY: I need some advice.

JENNY: And you came to me?
[watch Tony's expression when she says that. That "oh very slick, Jenny!" look ]

TONY: Well, it was either you or Gibbs, and his track record with women sucks. So...
[Note that Tony names the only two persons at NCIS to whom he is directly accountable: Jenny and Gibbs - and Gibbs isn't in on this operation]

... I'm finding um... myself in a particularly odd situation with... someone... special.
[obviously he can't say her name or that would spoil the huge surprise at the end of the season]

JENNY: Odd?

TONY: Odd, yeah. Odd. Because we've been going out for over a month and w-we haven't done something that I usually do uh, you know, a lot ... a lot earlier than that.
[He's talking about sex. He's not asking advice on long term relationships. And Jeanne already told him she wanted to have sex, so it is not like he is unsure about the timing - he's seeking permission]

JENNY: And may I ask what it is that's holding you back from doing what you usually do?

TONY: Yeah. Um... because of the particular importance of this person, I thought it would be a good idea to take things slowly, which is kind of a new concept for me. But at a certain point things have to speed up. R-Right?
[again, seeking permission]

JENNY: Are you attracted to her?

TONY: Oh, yeah. Yeah. I could make a meal.
[quite the romantic! - a girl is not a meal, Tony]

JENNY: Is she attracted to you?... So what's the problem? ... Good luck.
[permission granted Tony]

*EDIT**Misc. Notes:
--When Jenny offeredTony his own team in Spain,he turned it down saying,"{it} took months getting in, Le Grenouille will smell it if we put another agent under cover." However, he wasNOT dating Jeanne at that time.
