3 days ago, i started my second playthrough. For those who played this, if you think your first run is hard, think again. Second playthrough is damn hard. It dissapoint's me because there are no bonus items levels etc, from your first play and that really pisses me off. The only bonus you can get is the battle music from VP1 and some random boss battle musics.
Don't get me wrong. I love this game a lot, I like to level up my characters, hunt some items and learned them some new skills. So far my gaming progress (playtime 25 hours, chapter 3, at the desert training rufus,lezard,armgrim and leone).
This is a great sequel btw. (who think's this is a prequel?)

Ive always wanted to get into the Valkyrie Profile games, i might pick this up next time I see it at work. Is the one on DS any good?

@Naomz - Dunno, haven't played 'Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume' yet. But my friend who played it told that it was an ok game

I havn't played Valkyrie Profile series but if I see in shops or online I'll probably get along with the Persona series too.

I love this game but it can get frustraiting at times but the story and gameplay make up for it

I still need to finish Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth on the psp before moving on, but from what I played of this game on my ps2, I liked. It's like no one ever talks about this game, or the series in general.

I like a good challenge I would definitely enjoy this game(if only I had a PS2), anyway I wish you luck and hope you can get through it for the 2nd time

Oh yeh, and you've got to love the graphics of that game. Really amazing. And I thought it was a prequel but after reading stuff up, it's kind of a sequel in name only, as it involves an alternate timeline.

I really liked VP 1 and 2, but Covenant of the Plume was a bit of a let down, just didn't feel right...
VP2 is by far my favourite though, from the second I heard the overworld map music

Well I'm broke at the moment for one, I only have 3 Wii games so when I get some cash again I need to try build up my Wii collection there ton of great Wii games I have yet to play sadly, there some PS2 games I want to play as well but let see what happen.

I know what you mean...I usually replay my games to unlock some extra stuff and try to max out my character.
