Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 processor, 2.4GHz
4 MB DDR2 SDRAM
NVIDIA GEForce 9500 GS video card (the limiting factor)
Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit OS, dual-booting with Windows XP Home Basic
Altec Lansing 2.1 surround speakers (onboard sound card, but capable enough)
HP 22" monitor, 8000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time (wanted 2, but w/e), 1980xsumthin' max res (loving it)
And high speed internet to go with it.
And did I mention... I CAN PLAY GAMES NOW?
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Anywho, I bid you adieu, so I can play some more Mass Effect. *exit w/cape flourish and fits of insane laughter*

Any clue on the motherboard?
@ tm: I know... but my dad bought the comp, after 2 YEARS of constantly rejecting computers. I got tired of waiting and just told him to buy this one. And it's good enough for what I need. As for the motherboard, was wondering myself, but don't know. But upgrading the 9500 might not be possible without spending a lot, because the power supply leaves a lot to be desired. (350, IIRC)
@ meelkud: Oh, I am
@ grapefruit: Yeah, I actually like it so far. I turned off the "cancel or allow" and now, it's fine.
@ NuKkU: If you have Vista, you can go to Control Panel -> Classic View -> Performance Index or something like that. It will gave you five ratings that go up to 5.9. Mine are 5.9, 5.7, 5.9, 5.4, 5.9.
@ tancred: From my experiences so far, I quite agree.
Well now that you have a real PC, Thou Shalt Get Crysis.
@ dg: I think they're about on par, actually. And yes, Crysis is on my list, after Assassin's Creed and before Spore.
@Bruno: There are tons of great PC games! And Prince of Persia really doesn't do anything for me.
And his 9500GS does beat the 8600GTS. My 9600GT beats both handidly
