Hi All

Don't worry, I'm aabout to burst into a horendous bout of karaoke, inspired by Tenacious D's hilarious track, but rather a truly talented and amazing musician I have recently discovered.

Anyone from the UK (and maybe people aound the world) may well be aware of the fantastic BBC radio program, ISIHAC, or to give its proper name, I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue.

For those unfamiliar to the show, ISIHAC is the " self-styled antidote to panel games". Each week a group of ( relatively minor,) BBC stars would gather together for half an hours revelry and laughter under the keen, if slightly bemused eyes of, Mr Humphrey Lyttelton.

So, for many years Humph (as Lyttelton was affectionately known) and Co. would put a little laughter and mirth into the lives of all who listened.

Which is why it was a time of great sadness a few week ago when it was revealed that he had died peacefully in his sleep, in hospital after a heart operation. It was litereally days ebfore that I discovered just a little bit more about the life of the great man. I was suprised to find that he had been an extremely popular and succesful Jazz musician (specialising in trumpet).

So, having recently started listening to Humph and his Jazz, and adopting him as my "hero of the hour", I figured that I would make a change from my general stream of ranting, moaning, generally unpleasant blog posts, by talking about a truly great man.

Please, Please, Please, take teh time to watch this if you have the time: its curretnly my favourite piece of music

So, hopefully I will have inspired some people to download, or dig out an old Humph track, and the great man will continue to be remembered for what he was - a genius, both comedic and musical.

So, Here's to Humph, God Bless Him

HA HA HA!

hello all

firstly, sorry again for my never ending stream of absences, but as previously mentioned, GCSE's... urgghh

BUT NOW THEY'RE DONE!

So... Hopefully I will have time to start re-surfing various boards, unions etc. and make my self known again (although, I am generally a lurker on boards...) !!

Also, now that I have finished GCSE's I have time to re-start my three main hobbies.

1) Games Workshop - which has become sadly neglected since the closure of my local GW ( sob.. RIP Harrow).

HOWEVER with the new edition of 40k coming out soon I figur ethat will be a good excuse to dust off and touch up my Grey Knights and Imperial Guardsmen, and maybe even do that diorama I've was once blabbing on so much about...

2) Hypnosis - Indeed, I have begun to learn hypnosis, although I am currently trapped with knowledge of PR (Progressive Relaxation) Techniques.

I've been doing a little hypnosis for a while now, In fact, alost exactly a year ago, when I performed my first hypnosis at my summer law school. In fact, during the talent show (which I entered), someone told the resident juggler that he was just showing off... then he pointed at me and said "he's enforcing his will on another human being... and I'M showing off!?!?"

3) Magic - No, don't worry, i'm not running naked round Stonehenge or drawing tarot cards... Instead I have begun to start taking teh first tenative steps down the road of becoming a Pro, or Semi-Pro magician, and i must admit, i know a couple of really good effects. I'm also fortunate enough to know a couple of brilliant magiciains at my school hwo have offered advice...

In fact, I'm doing a charity magic show next month with one of them... which leads me to an important question...

WHICH CHARITY!! I'm thinkin either an Alzheimers Charity ( a horrific, and terribly underfunded disease) or, Home For Heroes...

Advice maybe??

Anyways, I'm gonna log off now, as its about 2am as i write this, and the keyboard is beginning to swim in and out of focus in front of me... woooooww lol

So, hopefully I will make sure I start being around and posting more...

Peace Out... Scratch that...

AVE IMPERATOR!!

Jamart

P.S sincere apologies for the possibly terrible quality of my post, but as i said, its about 2am, and the need to write sudenly overtook me... heh I'll hopefully be back on form next post

P.P.S OMG!!!! HOW MUCH OF RISE OF THE TAU HAVE I GOT TO READ TO CATCH UP!!!!!!

P.P.P.S I SAW FOO FIGHTERS LIVE AT WEMBLEY!!

P.P.P.P.S i have an addiction in the forums... i use far, fat to many " dot, dot, dot"'s ...

Hi all

I apologise for my recurring absences, but then again I'm always more of a lurker on these kind of boards, And I've got exams (GCSE's) starting next week, sooo.....

Anyways I found myself witha few free minutes so I thought i'd type a bit...

I'm sure that many people know that I am an avid Grey Knight supporter and collector, and why not? they are after all the Imperiums premier defence against the daemonic....

Or at least, They were...

Any 40k readers/collectors MUST be aware of teh new Daemon Codex... They look a lot cooler, well... for the most part adn they haev also had a re-jigging of rules.

Firstly, Daemons are now Fearless (i suppose that makes sense)

And secondly, teh Daemonic Instability rule has been repealed this is DEFINTELY NOT GOOD!!

And, thirdly, they are all more powerful

The idea of Daemonic instability is that Damon's only have a tenous grip on reality, and that it is quite easy for the grip to slip sloihtly, and some daemons wuld be dragged back to the warp. This works in a similar fashion to the Undead in Warhammer Fantasy. A big actor in daemonic instabilty is..... LEADERSHIP

Now, the two big anti-daemon rules of the GK are - 1, dameons are at minus 1 leadership and 2, (i think - feel free to correct me)the chaos player has to roll an extra dice for DAemic Instability GREAT

Now, if you refresh your memory at what Daemons no longer have to deal with.... oh dear

So, recap Grey Knight have lost their two most powerful abilities aggainst the Daemon BUT still have the Damonic Infestation rule, which means that, when you DO manage to kill a souped up unit of say Daemonettes, they immediatly come back, for free, on the startingside of the board...

That is not good, at all.

Anyways, in a few months, Warhammer 40k Edition FIVE IS COMING OUT!!!!! WOOP! WOOP!

so, hopefully the inquisition as a whole will be updated.

Anywasy apart from that life continues as normal... I've finally freed myself of my Drama class, now I just need to get rid of the money grabbing HArridan that is my IT teacher...

Oh, and i'm brickin mself over above exams.... sigh

anways, Jamart signing off

P.S I may do some more factfile videos, a la my Valhallan 597th Opiions on whther I should, and what on?

P.P.S sorry for my bad typing and general, understandability of the blog, I'm felling a bit... spaced out

Some people just don't have opinions. Like jamart.
jamart must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could jamart possibly have for not rating a single film?
