Guys I realize I kinda ditched you guys, I'd love to say I'm gonna be an everydayer again, but can't see it happening. I just don't feel the excitement of coming on here like I use to anymore. it's been one of the better years in music in recent memory (for my tastes anyway) and it's only half over.

don't worry about not coming on here that much. i don't think anyone is on here with any sort of regularity anymore. at least i'm not.

The Eternal was fan-tas-tic

And a new Echo album? OMG

No worries about the inactivity. I've been working 48 hour weeks lately...combined with a 2 hour commute...that cuts my gamespot time to a minimum.

As for the list, I've loving it. There's a couple on there that have been released which I still need to hear(Kingdom of Rust, Burial/Four Tet, It's Blitz, The Eternal, Working on a Dream), so I need to get to listening.

This year has been pretty solid so far. Not a lot of outstanding releases, but a lot of strong ones. Reminds me of 2007.

And 2007 was IMHO the best from this decade. Although 2009 likely won't top 2007

"Backspacer" by Pearl Jam is the one I'm looking forward to most. Just before I'm gonna go see em, pit tickets for $80 (hooray for Ten Club presales). So far "Merriweather Post Pavillion" has been the standout, "The Eternal" was pretty kick ass, and next visit to the store I'm getting "Veckatimest" and "Farm."

No worries, there's a big offer out there to grab a hold of people. It's good to see you around though. As you know I am not big on music but I've heard of a lot of people who second your opinion. Hugs
