Sup. here you will be sent into my hobbies and what I as a typical teenager likes to do. I enjoy many things, but as for the electronics, here's what I like to do:
Favourite shows
1st: The Amazing Race
2nd: Lost
3rd: Two and a half Men 4th: Family Guy
5th: Survivor 6th: Home And Away
My best films are usually anything with comedy, adventure, drama or especially action.
Best music is any dance music from the 90's, techno, game music or pop. I dislike heavy metal, rap, hip hop, classical, jazz, or country. Well, that covers my basics. I hope you all enjoy reading and you're welcome to track me, and I'll do the same back.

Hey everyone, Gamespotters, TV fans and film reviewers. . .
It has been a while since I've blogged and I don't do it as often for the simple reason that I haven't been able to think of anything to blog about. Well, apart from being busy over the holidays, my two weeks has ended and I return to "Death" school tomorrow for another 10 weeks. It past quickly, too quickly.
I haven't really been up to anything except internet, gaming and studying but as I may have mentioned, it's very "disturbing" to know that over half of your best friends here have left TV.com because their friends have left, I mean what the hell? This site must be heading downhill or something, I don't know.
1. Well, for my gaming, I've been playing Ratchet & Clank 2: Going Commando (Locked & Loaded) and I'm having fun. It's been a long time since I've spotted a game from racing or a platformer that really appeals to me, but it's a good game, that's the main thing.
2. TV? Not much, just a few DVD seasons that I bought, I'm expecting to buy the third season of Two and a half men soon as well -- when it's released in New Zealand.
3. I've seen three new films this year, and will be going for a fourth -- The Dark Knight. I saw the first: Batman Begins three years ago and own the DVD so I'm all ready to go and catch the new one. ![]()
4. School, getting up early, homework = Oh boy. Well, not much I can do about school, but I'll make this clear - school is great, but not the homework, assignments, getting up early, etc. But to get a good career, that's what you need, is to finish school.
Overall, life is alright I guess. The first week of the holidays was nice, same with a few other times. Well, it's back to old routine again, and that means I'll be here less -- I hope you all have a good day.
Ciao
Jay
Howdee all, Jay writing another blog, and no I haven't left. Unfortunetely though, I may have to change what I said in my last blog. I said that "I would never leave". Well, there comes a time when you move on, or you've had enough of one thing, just like when an old door closes, then a new one (possibily more exciting) opens... ![]()
Well, apart from me having been a member for a year and seven months exactly, and watching users come and go, new ones arrive, and then there are those who leave and decide to never come back. In my opinion, I think that this is happening way to often and people shouldn't give up on this site despite how boring or miserable it may be. Honestly, this site has made a number of changes since I first arrived at the age of 16 years and 8 months, for better, or worse.
I'm nearing Level 50 and when I get there I'm going to post a blog that may bypass 1000 words due to many things. It could also fit nicely to having been here for one and a half years...
Now off that subject, I know a lot of you will feel a lot of depression somewhere inside, some of it we inform our friends here, and other things... er not so much. I try to open up my feelings unless I'm too nervous. I haven't felt as good as I should be due to the fact that I'm not with my mum anymore, yeah, quite a number of you will remember what I told you and everything that occured. It pretty much involved her and a manipulative abusive Australian man. Leaving my wonderful home in Auckland and moving to Australia at the end of 2006 was I thought, a huge mistake because I hated it so much, and her boyfriend Andrew whom she met online (Silly I know) was abusive to both of us, but more her. After finally leaving Australia, my mum got back involved with him again and my nana and I did the "wise" move and moved back to NZ, but Whangarei where her family in law are.
However, my father was informed by me what happened between my mother and I, and he is now back in Auckland for the very reason that we can be together "like father, like son" and get on with our lives without worrying about any stupid moves done by my mother. My mother told me all this crap about him, but really, all those years ago she was the one to blame because she always wanted something off him, she even sent him to court back in February 11th 1999, just before he left for 8 years to get away from her revolting behaviour. Of course, I was unaware that she was to blame for over 75% of the problems between her and my dad, and because of her nonsense, my father left New Zealand and went to L.A for nine years. When I found out that it was my mother causing the problems, I was shocked but it now it is finally an opportunity for me and my father to make up for lost years.
He's in Auckland looking for a job as a commodities broker, while I remain in this lame city known as Whangarei about two hours north of Auckland. It's only temporary, if he finds a job of course. I have faith and hope that he'll get one.
Even though my stay in a lame city with a younger grandmother is temporary, I'll probably be staying until the end of November so you know, my education isn't screwed, and then depending on the outcome, we'll either be together as a father/son in our original home: Auckland which is a brilliant place, or in L.A which I do not want to do but oh well... I know he wants to stay, but it's the job thing.
I made a second visit down to Auckland last week for six days and spent three of those with him doing great things. He's actually sending me a wireless internet modem through the post, plus a whole box of expensive clothes in which I could raise money. All I can do now is wait for him to decide where he's going to be and then of course, if it is Auckland, (which I think will happen) then we live happily ever after lol, and L.A, I'm not keen but I'm hoping it doesn't happen.
All this is my long story, so you can probably see why I'm not so talkative anymore, but I'm going to keep praying and hoping he stays in Auckland so I can live the awesome-happy life I deserve.
Leaving that topic, are you guys happy/unhappy or hiding anything that may be too upsetting or embarassing to tell? Anyway, hope this has been a decent blog for the time being... And thanks for reading...
J

"TV.com is loosing it's popularity, entertainment, and number of users"
![]()
Hello to anyone who may be reading this blog. I thought I should blog about something, and it sure ain't irrelevant. Well, the thing is, ever since the end of last year, I've been experiencing a lot of disappointing times, and most of them of them I can usually deal with, but when I go through hardship, I bring myself here. My favorite website where I can review, blog, express myself as a person or contribute. I've been carefully observing TV.com since I started, and the excitment, enjoyment and the fun has been dropping slightly each month, and probably during most weeks. I don't enjoy being here as much now because, well I'll put it in a way so that I can leave nothing un-expressed.
- I sense a lack of "wanting to moderate submissions" by the moderators, just say if you're trying really hard to become editor for someone who has never had an editor, and you add in your Trivia, edit and then you "click" submit. This year has taken a day or more for the moderators to moderate my submissions, last year it used to be every few minutes after I submitted the blurb. What is going on? Maybe they've lost interest, or too many users are either being banned or are just leaving...

- I used to make a lot of cool friends (boys and girls) last year, and maybe for a time this year, but they've all left. Why... why, why and why? I miss them, there was no blog, they just left and never came back. All the excellent friends have left, but there are still a few around, specifically those of you who always comment on my blog. I'll give an example of four users who have done exactly that:
amazing_race, athevolunteer, Lostismylife (who said the same thing about being 'bored' here) and Dutchess NT.
There's more but I can't be bothered to go over all of them. Basically, they left because they were bored, lonely, banned for even innocence and/or because the site is pointless.
In my opinion, this site is still pretty good, but I have to agree about loosing it's popularity, entertainment and the number of users. I do not know why this is happening, and I'll get this over with so you all know: "I will never permenantly leave C Net or TV.com".
I'm just disappointed, and I miss a lot of friends who are now TV.com leavers... ![]()
- As I continue on with my points, I've been lazy with reviewing but especially contributing - For the very reason that editors and TV.com moderators take so damn long to accept/decline subs. I mean "What the hell?!", I'm not blaming anyone but the site is also suffering major glitches -- like the one yesterday with uploading your own image/banner/personal photo. I still review, but just like now, I have 20 + submissions pending and half of them have been pending for two days, and those shows/people have no editor. Sometimes I think to myself: Why bother?
- My best friends left: Because they've lost good friends who may have left and they're finding it boring. Hell, Gamespot and Movietome aren't doing much better. A lot of people now hang around places like Youtube, Myspace, Bebo or Facebook.
- Well this last one is just me but.... A lot more users are getting lazier with writing a decent review. You get around to a particular review that may contain: Ranting, mutiple spelling errors, clear insults of other users, re-telling the episode (with no opinion whatsoever) gaming and cheating just to reach 100 words (which annoys me the most) and/or reviews written in SPANISH!!!
The hell? If you come across any of these pointless reviews, do the right thing: REPORT it. The reported user will never know who was responsible, unless you tell them. Even though you can check your moderation, you do not have access to see the user responsible.
Well, I'm finished discussing TV.com's faults (for now). I hope this has expressed my opinion in full because I felt satisfied with what I wrote.
And to those of you great friends who still comment, Thank you. ![]()
Other news: This is my second week of the school holidays, term 3 of school starts next week.
