Today I had to work once again from 5:30-9:30, but today was great. My "test" today wasn't as bad as I thought cause I had to spend the first 20-40 minutes sorting out all the Playstation 1 games in alphabetal order... only for some punk mofo mess it up. I found out what race Sann is: Chinese, and ironically has a Jewish girlfriend, which I dought is also Asian. My special perk from working at Gamestop beside discount kicked in today; I get to take out ANY game (as long as there is more than 1 copy) for 4 days... so its due on Tuesday. I got Animal Crossing. At first it looked really stupid and cheesy, but the game is actually MUCH better than I thought. I like it a lot better than the Sims and you almost get the feeling that you really do live in this city, its amazing. Also, my boss Chris was working the store when I got there because Sann was on lunch break, so I was like... man Burnout 3, Tuesday... so he have me a free demo... AWESOME, but like everyone said: short. You don't really get any menus to adjust song volume, controls, or change cars or levels. Just a simple run thru, but after a while its better that way b/c there is less to load. Today was good, and someone spent 211.00 on a PS2, a game, and a controller... personally, I would have gotten them online, but that's his decision. I get more hours tomorrow than I thought... 3 to be exact. Instead of working form 5-9:30, I am working 2-9:30, so me feet are gonna hurt bad. The longer I work there the more I like the job and the company, and I hope that it works out with this store. I am learning a lot, and you think its all work, and even though I don't play the systems at the store yet because I still have things to learn, I am glad that I work in an enviornement where I love to be. EVERYONE SHOULD GET A JOB THERE!!, but not at Willowbend... I don't want to be replaced.
