Star Wars Clone Wars the 3D animated series on the cartoon network has some of the dumbest morals ever. Totally disappointed with the storyline, and I'd rather they continued the regular cartoon they created back in the day, than this watered down storyline. I'll still continue to watch, but I'll forever want to watch the REAL Clone Wars cartoon that was rough, gritty and didn't pull any punches.

List of Boring: Damages, BSG, House, Fringe, and Smallville. That's right, you heard it, BSG season 4 is nothing if not lame and predictable so far. I still love BSG, but until they get to it already, I'm watching with disdain. To be honest, if I started watching any of these shows right now, I'd never have stuck with them. Diappointing, boring, derivative, and trivial. Damages....yeeeawn..snor....out...

List of Compelling: Lost, Burn Notice, Flight of the Conchords, Gary Unmarried, The Office, 30 Rock, Earl, How I met your mother, The Big Bang Theory, Scrubs, and 24. Isn't 24 the greatest thing since sliced bread? I've been itching for my 24 fix for what seems like 4 seasons and the show is FINALLY back on track, and I'm totally on a high with it, I can't wait to see what happens next! It's like they remembered what they did right in seasons 2 and 3, and learned from seasons 4, 5 and 6. Lost is simply amazing, there is nothing as good on TV these days, hear it now, NOTHING! Lost is in a ****of its own right now. Great storytelling, great acting, great writing, great special effects, great music, it is thee ensemble cast of TV and the show, everyone should be watching.

I forgot to mention, during the Golden Gongs, Gabriel Byrne won best actor in a drama series!!!!! He didn't show up though, which was disappointing. At least one of the awards ceremonies finally got it right though. Paul was the best character and Gabriel had the best performance by a long shot last year!!!

The new shows The Mentalist and Lie to Me, although heading for derivation, are fun and enjoyable for now, and captivate my attention more than BSG and Damages, which is weird because they are supposed to be the heavy hitters.

I just finished all 3 seasons of the I.T. Crowd, and that is TOTALLY my kind of humor. Laughed harder at Moss's social misfitery than anything I've watched this year or last, including the comedies mentioned!!

Hardly worth mentioning as they're just another season of Two and Half Men, Saturday Night Live and American idol, but they've been steady and ok.

To be honest with you guys, for the last 4-5 years, I've been fairly adamant that TV has been more enjoyable than the movies, but not so after reviewing and watching the best shows and best movies of 2008. The movies of 2008 were simply amazing from the comedies of Wall-e, Kung-fu panda, Tropic Thunder, Madagascar 2, Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Yes, Man to The Dark Knight, Iron Man, Revolutionary Road, The Reader, Slumdog Millionaire, The Wrestler, Doubt, Burn After Reading, Changeling, Benjamin Button, Frost/Nixon, Gran Torino, Vicky Christina Barcelona, In Bruges, and Man on Wire, just to mention a few from a very very long list of really interesting films. Last year....movies, for the win.
