I started responding to a comment and this ended up being a blog post, so here you go Topoopon, it's all your fault.
I stopped watching "In plain sight" after the third episode, it's just waaay too boring, as is the Middleman, but I'm totally loving the Kingdom (uk) and on my way through the first season. I watched a bit of Bones with DrFanger a month ago but haven't watched it since. Bones is a B grade TV show, as in, there are shows with bigger budgets that have better everything with a story that isn't that much different than everything else out there, and it's already formulaic and derivative, it would be a good miniseries, (10 eps, start and finish) but I don't think I'll ever watch all the seasons of Bones or tune in on a regular basis to follow it, so I'm shelfing it for now. Weeds is going to be great next week with Ceila getting caught last nigh, so I can't wait for that. Metalocalypse was awesome once again, playing scrabble, and talking about women...wow, hilarious!
I went to a few movies, I've seen Hancock twice now, and loved it both times, and in typical Peter Berg fashion, some of the cast of Friday Night Lights was accounted for, first thing I said as I entered the theater late was, "Hey Buddy Gaerety"! I went to Wall-e, which was phenomenal, go see it, I highly recommend it, there's gonna be worse. I want to see at least 1 Indiana Jones movie in the theaters, as I never went to the last 3, although I've heard bad reviews I'm still gonna go to the new one. I watched Superhero movie and loved it, what a gonger, and I watched Jumper, Stardust and Four wedding and a funeral, which were all ok.

I finished Bioshock which was really immersive and addicting but has very little replay value for me and the ending was very anti climactic compared to other awesome games out there, like Crysis and Modern Warefare. Bioshock was also really confined and the action was in my face too much and needed more stealth like a sniper section and more open areas in the underwater world. Also, why no swimming area or snorkle area in an underwater world filled with zombies? Stupid, I wanted to splash around a bit. It was interesting how they weaved the "Myst" type tasks into an FPS, I've never seen that done before, which was really cool, but very simplistic on both counts. Definitely 3rd on my list of first person shooters for 2007. I tried Mass Effect and I'm still bored, but I have to suck it up, wade through the endless talking, and try not to be such an attention defecit adrenaline junky.
I'm on an alternative rock kick right now, and listening to Tomi Swick, Stephen Fretwell, Elliott Smith, Ryan Adams, The Clientele, David Gray, Iron & wine, Jamie Cullum, Bon Iver, James Morrison, Nickel Creek, One Republic, Mat Kearney, Andy Mckee, Gavin Degraw, and Matt Wertz.....to name a few. I'm definitely not a metal or techno fan in the slightest...only when forced by circumstance or gunpoint...lol...have a gooder guys!

As the pic suggests, I'm already keeping up with Weeds and loving it (haha, she's peeing in a cup in a car in Mexico). Pinning it all on Ceilia...that's just delightening! I'm also watching In Plain Sight, Metalocalypse and Top Gear. Top Gear is one of the funniest and most entertaining shows ever. I like Jeremy's "Ben Hur" police car and the new Top Gear stunt man, but whatever happened to Top Gear Dog? Who cares.
(Tigers racing Badgers!)
Metalocalypse is an acquired taste, and these last three episodes have been great.
Nathan becomes governor of Florida, Pickles becomes more famous than the other band members, Murderface does nothing for his Nascar event, they all go to the amazon for drugs, and the revengencers destroying Duncan Hills coffee....quote of the month....stops copies me...stops copies me!
In Plain Sight is a good premise, but I can already see it getting canned. Very forumlaic already, but I'll see.
Hats off to TV.com for the summer guide, it's really well done.

I'm looking forward to a few shows this summer, the usual really, like Atlantis, Eureka, the gong show was hilarious before, My boys (if I make time), and lastly the Olympics.
A great site for you guys to check out with links to TV.com, is next-episode.net which I've used for several years now to organize my life.
Other than that, there's not a whole lot to talk about. I'm dealing with a difficult situation at work, and I'll be looking for a new job soon, but first, a break, I'm exhausted, burnt out and stressed with all of this, time for some R&R. Maybe I'll finish Bioshock and watch some Bones, QI, The Kingdom, and go to the theater to catch a few flicks. Any suggestions on what I should watch this summer or recommendations on how to relax, just send me comment or p.m., thanks.

For me, best episode of House yet! Inspired!
There's a lot to catch up on, so here it is. I went rollerblading last week and really hurt my ribs and hand, nothing's broken but typing is difficult and I'm loaded up on Advil and feeling fine, even though it still hurts to breathe and walk.
I've met some new people online though, and you guys have been great; Samtherra, Ejamison, idbeolderifiwas, Bouges13, tribalchic, my1sunshine, tjman, beekeeper, fireflycrew, Lostifyed, aprilfox, Adiav, imyourvirus, vincent2013, purewasted and of course, DrFanger....you dirty bastard!
Now that the strike is over, I've been in a steady rotation of all my favorites. BSG, House, Boston Legal, Big Bang, Two and half men, How I met your mother, Rules of engagement, Lost, American Idol, only Kristi Yamaguchi on dancing with the stars (she's an angel), Scrubs, The Office, Earl, 30 Rock, Smallville, Greys, The Soup, Metalocalypse, Simpsons, Boondocks, frisky dingo....and yes, the Hills (I am ashamed....but I can't look away!)
That list is interesting because there are a bunch of shows that I used to watch that I haven't made time for due to marathoning other shows. Some are; Corner Gas, The Tudors, SNL, Brothers and Sisters, October Road, Prison Break, and as many of you know, Smallville was in my waste of time pile, but you convinced me otherwise, and for good reason as Smallville has finally been fun for the past 2 weeks. Lionel died and the Veritas storyline was introduced, albeit, way too late. I love the black hole sized plot holes of Smallville!
As a few of you know, I've been trying to marathon Star Trek Enterprise, and it's been a waste, I can't sit through it, and I've failed to finish season 1. To change the pace, a friend of mine recommended "The Wire" and I tried watching but I'd rather have a root canal. I don't want to watch every day scenarios all the time, I get enough of that at work and life. It's one of the reasons I hardly watch reality TV when I can help it. So needless to say I can't get into "The Wire" and I'll be asking for some reasons from you guys as to why I should or shouldn't let it play. So, next, I haven't watched "Quantum Leap" in over 10 years now, and I'm already finishing season 2, and I could easily watch another 3 seasons, highly entertaining stories and definitely my kind of television, however it is very repetitive. I loved it when I was a kid and I love it still. It's impressive that it's aged so well and hasn't lost it's appeal as the stories are so well written and the strong morals of Sam are still important today. I guess it's easy for it to age, as everything is set between the 50's and 80's.
A few quotes that I found entertaining were from Will Forte on How I met your mother:
- Haylee, you are a fat ugly whore!
- What is your favorite thing about Koala bears? Their meat is delicious.
Anyway you guys, go see Harold and Kumar, and Forgetting Sarah Marshall, they're both hilarious and well worth the money!
See ya on the forums!
