Mainly because I got my PS3 back 
When I got home, I just ripped open the box, plugged it back in, and before I could put a game in, I had to update 
Oh well, I just have to wait a little bit longer, but hopefully it's working properly and won't have any problems any more.
EDIT: Just played Haze, console seems fine, game is excellent and I'm glad to be a PS3 gamer again

@Thomas - It was a matter of time before I couldn't stop thinking it was going to screw up again, but as soon as I popped in the disc, that fear went away

Look on gamespot's homepage.
It's supposed to have in-game XMB and trophies. Oh yeah, I can't forget the clock!
A bunch of other stuff also. It will be out before MGS4.

absolute magic. its always a good feeling when something of yours comes back isn't it? (considering my current situation i now feel your past pain) and good to see that we PS3 users are finally getting that in-game XMB (thanks for the heads up Chaos_Bladez) we've been badgering them for.

Wicked. Good to know that you got your PS3 back man. Hopefully I can eventually upgrade my PS3 with a bigger HDD, and get that new in-game XMB update.
