Renamon: Shut up, idiot. Just say your line....
BOS Paladin: Oh, yeah. *ahem* "Who else wants some?!" How was that?
Renamon: *heavy sigh*
Hello again, everyone!
Wow, I think I just set a personal record of shortest time between blog posts!
This is just going to be a very short update blog, as I have a very big announcement to make.
Ready? Alright, here it is....
I have a boyfriend!! ![]()
Hehe, that's right! I talked with that guy I mentioned in my last blog post, and we decided that we were gonna be together!
Unfortunately, he lives really quite far away from me, so we can't really see each other nearly as often as I would like.
However, we do keep in constant contact everyday through MSN and Xbox Live, so that's nice.
We both really like each other, maybe even love each other, and we're both determined to make this work, despite the distance between us. So, wish me luck, guys! ![]()
In other, unrelated news, I rented and beat Condemned 2: Bloodshot. Holy crap, that game is freaky!
But, oh man, is it fun!
I think it's way better than the first one, personally! I'm seriously considering buying it now!
I'm also playing through Mass Effect after putting it down for a month to play other stuff. XD I'm still kind of in the beginning, but I think it's starting to suck me in. I think I could get addicted to this game fairly soon. ![]()
Well, that was all I really wanted to say. Also, don't expect me to post another blog post for a while. Knowing me, I'll probably go back into my little hole and play nothing but Xbox morning, noon, and night. I'll still pop into my favorite boards and unions occasionally. You haven't heard the last of me!
It's just... the next time you hear from me could be a long, long way away! ![]()
Later, all! ![]()
Well, this is interesting, huh? My first blog post in months and it's only because StarFox-Elite pimp-slapped, sorry, tagged me to do this "5 Things You didn't Know" thing. I suppose I owe you guys an apology. The reason I haven't been active in all this time is due to two simple words: Xbox 360. I am literally glued to this stupid console every second of every day. (Well, when I'm not doing schoolwork or when I'm at work. I have priorities.
) On the upside, my Gamerscore is now over 6000, that's awesome!
Well, I guess I should go ahead and get started on this, shall I? ![]()
#1: I can't stand loud noises
Lemme explain this one. I know plenty of people don't like loud noises, but I literally cannot take them. I think I have some kind of mental condition (I haven't gotten a professional opinion, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is) that makes it so loud, sudden noises upset me. Sounds like dogs barking, babies screeching, hell, even balloons popping can almost make me collapse to the ground in a ball weeping. Every time I'm in a situation where I think loud noises are immanent, my fingers immediately go to my ears. And this always confuses people around me, who are like, "What are you doing? Is there something wrong with your ears?" So I either just change the subject or flat-out don't answer. ![]()
#2: I'm bisexual
I'm unsure as to the reactions this will bring. I'll either get, "Whoa! I had no idea!" or "Ha! I freakin' knew it!"
But yes, as it currently stands, I am bi. Don't know if it's just one of them "teenage phases" I'm going through, or if it's actually the case. But to be honest, I don't really care. I'm just gonna let the chips fall, as it were, and see what happens.
I will say this much, though. I do want to, one day, marry a woman and start a family. It seems like something programmed in my head I need to get done at some point. But who I date before then will certainly vary. ![]()
#3: I have never had a romantic relationship
Frankly, I'm surprised myself at this. I'm 17, but I have never had a girlfriend or boyfriend. Hell, I've never even been kissed before.
Ah, well. You can't really blame me, though. I'm actually very shy, and I've been homeschooled for going on 4 years now, so I rarely leave the house!
However, I have met a guy, and we are seriously talking about dating. So wish me luck on that! ![]()
#4: I hate scary movies, but I love scary games
You could assemble all of the most brilliant scientific minds of our generation and lock them in one room for a month, and I can guarantee they'll never be able to figure out why the hell I can't watch scary movies, but can play scary games. I don't even know why this is!
The only way you could get me to watch a scary movie is if you restrained me and pryed my eyelids open a la Clockwork Orange. But the second you tell me there's a new scary game on the market, I'm already half-way to the store to pick up a copy. Seriously, I have no freakin' idea why this is!
I should probably not play so many scary games, because even though it's been months since I've played them, I still have nightmares about Condemned: Criminal Origins and F.E.A.R. And now that Condemned 2 is out, I'm gonna wind up playing that. So if I rent it and disappear for a long time, just know I'm not playing it, but I've locked myself in my room and refuse to come out! ![]()

Pictured above: More nightmare fuel.
#5: I own over a dozen movie posters
I don't mean those wimpy-ass posters you buy at Wal-Mart for $5-$8. I'm talking honest-to-God, official, what you see hanging in the theaters, movie posters. Apparently, one of the perks of my little job at our little local theater is that I am allowed to take, for free, any of our old movie posters for the movies we get. We get a movie, we get the poster, and when the movie comes out on DVD, we still have the posters. So my manager lets everyone who works there take any posters for movies that we either got and gotten rid of, or are already out on DVD. The night after I found this out, I made off with over a dozen posters, including those for I Am Legend, Land of the Dead, 28 Weeks Later, The Brave One, and Spider-Man 3. Now every time a movie comes out I want to see, and I like, I'll be like, "Oh, yeah.... That poster's going up on my wall by the week's end." ![]()
Well, that does it for this blog. I hope you've learned a little bit more about your furry friend here.
Now would be the time I would usually say I'm sorry I haven't been that active and promise to come on more. But frankly, I just can't promise that as long as this 360 is still in my possession!
So all I can really say, is, I'm lucky to even get on the computer any more at all!
Well, I'll see ya when I see ya, I guess! ![]()
BTW, I tag SonicHomeboy, freakyzeeky1986, mattmaul5488, Squidney, and SciFiCat. Suffer! ![]()

Ugh! Suspensions.... I see why everyone hates them now. As you can plainly tell, I got suspended. And for a week! I only just got my account back today. Y'know, I had never been suspended prior to this point, so when I got the notice I was mortified. Slowly, however, that initial shock turned into gradual insanity until I was counting down the minutes until my account returned. Not fun.... -_-
In other news, it is my unfortunate duty to say that the Sexay Clan has fallen. Gone, nonexistent, wiped off the face of the planet. It disappeared around the same time I got the suspension notice, so the mods must've come down pretty hard on that place. Man, talk about upsetting. If you thought I rarely came on when the Orange Box was occupying my time, just imagine what it's gonna be like now that my favorite union is no longer here.
Anyway, back to reality, I've been sick all week. First it started as congestion, then I had a sore throat, then I had these splitting sinus headaches, and now I'm coughing my lungs out. I think I'm getting over it, seeing as I don't feel nearly as bad now as how I felt earlier in the week. I just need to get over the coughing and I think I'll be fine. But the worst thing about being sick for me is that, when I get sick, it spreads to the rest of my family. The other night my sister looked absolutely horrible. She was complaining about sinus problems and a sore throat. This made me feel real bad because I knew that she was succumbing to the very thing I have. She feels a lot better today, thankfully, so it must not be affecting her as bad as it is me. Y'know, I'm thinking that I'm gonna have to get a flu shot, seeing as I'm now working in an environment where I'm constantly exposed to people and whatever illnesses they might be carrying and now that winter is around the corner. And if it means that I won't get sick as much, I'm willing to get over my fear of needles and get that shot. (Y'know, I haven't exactly had the greatest week ever, have I?
*cough cough*
)
Other news, I'm addicted to two new games now. Team Fortress 2 and Peggle. For those of you who don't know, Peggle is a cute little game from the folks over at PopCap. It's sort of a cross between pinball and pachinko, and it is highlyaddictive! There's a little 10-level demo that's included in the Orange Box, and when I played that, I knew I had to buy the full thing. So last weekend I got on Steam and bought the full game for $10. (Which was a great deal, seeing as the retail price in the stores is $20.) Now, everyone in my family has started a game in that! It's the first game I've ever bought on the PC that had the entire family falling over themselves to play it! It's hilarious!
As for TF2... yeah, I got sucked into that. I love the art style of the game. (It reminds me a lot of the Pixar movie, The Incredibles.) I'm still not very good at it, but in the last game I played I got 5 kills in a row as a sniper. So, I guess I'm making some progress. ![]()
And now, the last bit of news I want to share with you before I have to start schoolwork, I finally uploaded pics of my Halloween costume! (Yeah, I know it's almost a month late. Sue me. >_>) I decided to go as Shaun from Shaun of the Dead. I think the costume turned out quite well, myself! ![]()

Damn, I wish we had time to go out and buy a cricket bat before Halloween! Unfortunately, our little local sports store didn't have one, and we didn't have enough time to drive out to the city to the bigger one, so we just had to make do with an old Louisville Slugger we found. (I guess I'm Shaun's American cousin.
) I'll still probably go out and buy a cricket bat, even though Halloween is over and done with. It won't have any real purpose, but I'll buy it just to say I have one! ![]()

Here's a closer look. You can sorta see the ink spot on the pocket in this shot, but 60% of it is covered up by the tie. ("You've got red on you.") I actually stuck a red felt-tip pen in that pocket and let it bleed through. It's my second favorite part of that costume, next to the nametag. ![]()
Well, I guess that's about all there's left to say. Now I just need to find something to fill in that big Sexay hole in my heart.
![]()
Later, ya'll! ![]()
