I've always played around with the thought of becoming a vegetarian but after after seeing this video of Jorja Fox, I decided to give it a try and I actually like my life better this way.

The best way to approach 'vegieism' is to cut your meat by about half for 2 or 3 months and then cut it in half again after that.
Pretty soon you won't miss it at all.
A little chicken or fish here and there is prob better than none at all, however... especially when your under 20 or over 50 (you need the nutrients).
Jorga makes some good points, though.

Hey, you read my mind! I was about to write a blog about vegetarianism and Jorja Fox, I swear to God! I am dedicated animal-lover and I wanted to be vega, too so long. Just all my friends and my family are besetting "carnivorous". Besides, in this country where I live, being vega is not really "accepted".
So, for me, becoming vega was a matter of decision and mostly a matter of undertaking being vega.
I decided it, done it and from the day I made this determination, I never ate meat.
If you liked the video you shared with us, I ma sure you would also like this:
