So, haven't made a blog in a long time. I don't really have much to tal-- (checks news) Oh God, George Carlin's dead.

George Carlin

Oh no. Didn't expect this. So, legendary comedian Geroge Carlin died of heart failure at age 71 sometime today. I don't know what to say. I liked his work. Even when I was a kid, I liked him. Even though he was that guy who narrated Thomas the Tank Engine and played a really small conductor back when I was a kid, I still liked him. It ended up being a huge shock when I realized that Carlin was that guy from Thomas the Tank Engine. So, I'll just say that he was a great comedian and actor. He had a lot of great things to say about society and I will always respect him for that. And with comedy becoming more and more lowbrow, I don't know if there will ever be another legend like him.

RIP George Carlin May 12, 1937 - June 22, 2008

So, I watched some of Camp Rock a few days ago. Hated it. The actors were too dull. There was too much pop music. It was too corny. Honestly, I have a high tolerance for bad movies, but movies like this are just too much. Overall, I give it a 1/10.

And I haven't watched Turn Left yet. I had a cold today, so I didn't have time. I'll probably watch it tomorrow or Tuesday. So, that's it for the blog. Good night.

Hmm, George Carlin died? I think I watched Thomas the Tank Engine when I was a kid, so that's sad he died.

Didn't watch Camp Rock, and I'm glad I didn't. Why have pop music if you're gonna call it Camp ROCK?

Wow, that sucks. Another good one bites the dust.

If the Jonas' guest shot on Hannah Montana is any indication, they shouldn't be hired as actors; they should be hired as monkey boys.

That sucks. I was hoping to catch his stand-up act in Vegas. His comedy was not only funny, but intelligent and informative like Lewis Black. Too bad. RIP.

It's weird to see a video from Camp Rock where one of the girls doesn't look happy that the blonde girl was on stage for her video.

Sad about George... but I only saw Ringo Star in Thomas though well, I was not at the age for that show so I just saw it here and there on YTV (I think it was on before Sailor Moon...), but it was Ringo, I'm sure I wasn't hallucinating... Oh, ok, seems they both did it, so Phew! I wasn't hallucinating!!!

Sad to hear about George Carlin (I too thought like France... I didn't realise he narrated the American Thomas and Friends - Australia got Ringo too).

Though I know George only as Rufus in Bill and Ted. I'm thinking Bill and Ted marathon (all two movies ) to remember George

And you have to watch Turn Left soon

Azure: Yeah, it's sad. And you might like his stand-up.

Darklord: Mm-hmm. It's just annoys me hearing people say that the Jo Bros are good actors.

Unknown: I was able to get through 30 minutes until changing the channel.

sylent: Yeah, it sucks. And Lewis is pretty funny too.

Angus: Hmm. IMO, all of the actors could barely change facial expressions. They couldn't do any other faces besides "happy face", "sad face", and "indifferent face". Especially Nick.

Phi: I don't recall hearing Ringo on TtTE. But then, I didn't realize that Carlin was the narrator and Mr. Conductor until a couple years ago. Ended up being a huge shock to me.

Rach: I watched Turn Left a few days ago. Thought it was brilliant.

Yeah, I'll check George Carlin out. He sounds great, and it's a shame he's dead.
